How to escape from the fire scene
(1) Be calm, keep a clear head, and don't follow blindly. When people's lives suddenly face a state of crisis, they should follow blindly, such as jumping out of windows, jumping off buildings, escaping (hiding) into toilets, bathrooms and door corners. In case of sudden fire, you should first force yourself to keep calm, quickly judge the dangerous places and safe places, use your usual knowledge of fire self-help and escape, decide the escape mode and evacuate the dangerous places as soon as possible. When evacuating, be careful not to take the elevator, because in the event of a fire, the power supply will often be interrupted and you will be trapped in the elevator. You should escape from the safety stairs, preferably along the wall, and you can enter when you walk to the safety door to avoid going too far. Try to run outside to a bright place or an open place. If the passage has been blocked by fireworks, you should leave with your back to the direction of fireworks and escape to the outside through balconies, transoms, roofs, etc. (2) Don't delay the chance to escape because of greed. In a fire, human life is the most important. If you are in danger, you should evacuate as soon as possible. Don't waste your precious escape time dressing up or looking for someone who has moved away from valuables because you are shy or worried about your valuables. Don't go back to dangerous places and trap yourself. (3) Do simple protection, crawl forward, and don't run upright against the wind. When you escape through a route full of smoke, you should prevent smoke poisoning and suffocation. In order to prevent the smoke from choking people, towels and masks can be wet with water, cover your nose and evacuate on your knees. Smoke is lighter than air and floats in the upper part. Evacuation near the ground is the best way to avoid inhaling smoke and filter out toxic gases. (4) Find a good bunker, stick to assistance, and don't run towards the light. If all kinds of escape routes are cut off, you should retreat indoors, close the doors and windows, and water them if possible to delay the spread of the fire. At the same time, you can throw some small things outdoors to attract others' attention. You can use a flashlight at night to send out a distress signal. Don't run out. This is because people always run in the direction of light and light in urgent and dangerous situations. Light and brightness mean the hope of survival. It can show the way for the evacuees and avoid bumps and bumps, so it is easier to escape. But at this time, the power supply may have been cut off or caused a short circuit trip, and the place with bright light is the most dangerous place. (5) Descent to escape, slide rope to save yourself, and never risk jumping off a building. High-rise and multi-storey public buildings are generally equipped with high-altitude descent devices or lifeline, through which people can safely leave dangerous floors. If these special facilities are not available, and the safe passage has been blocked, and rescuers can't arrive in time, don't give up the will to survive. At this time, try to be calm, make use of the objects or terrain features at the scene, and try to escape. You can use rope or sheets, curtains, clothes, etc. Make a simple lifeline by your side, one end of which is tightly tied to a solid door and window lattice or other heavy objects, and then slide down along the rope or cloth, or climb down to a safe floor or ground by using the drainage pipe outside the house to escape. In a fire, there will always be situations where there is no escape and people are forced to jump off a building. Don't take risks blindly unless you have to, because jumping off a building is either death or serious injury. It is best to stay in the room quietly, try to prevent fire and smoke attacks, and wait for the rescue of firefighters. In short, primary schools should emphasize the basic knowledge of fire safety and common sense of prevention, and middle schools should emphasize practical activities and drills. Through fire propaganda, we can really enhance students' awareness of fire safety, and really improve students' prevention knowledge and self-help and mutual rescue ability.
