Examination instructions for system analysts
System Analyst Examination is the golden signboard of China computer industry. It is the highest level, the most content and the most difficult examination in the national computer professional qualification and level examination (referred to as the national soft examination), and it is at the top of the pyramid of computer industry certification examination in China. It has been 30 years since 1982 first opened the system analyst examination nationwide, which has sent a considerable number of high-end computer talents to the country. Because the main purpose of the system analyst exam is to train experts in the computer industry for the country, the system analyst exam has always been known for its high difficulty and low pass rate. According to official public information, the number of people who pass the system analyst exam every year is very small, with an average of no more than 65,438+10,000 (in some years, it is even less than 200 people/year in the whole country), and the passing rate hovers around 5- 10% for a long time. By the end of 20 10, there were only more than 20,000 employees in the computer industry who passed the system analyst examination nationwide, and these 20,000 people were the core work of the information construction of their own units and became unique technical backbones.

In order to better develop China's computer information industry and improve the relevant treatment of senior talents, in 2003, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security officially issued the Interim Provisions on the Qualification (Level) Examination of Computer Technology and Software Technology (Guo Ren Bu Fa [2003] No.39). It is stipulated in the document that the soft test will be conducted in three stages: the initial, the middle and the final, starting from June 65438+1 October 20041. That is, programmers correspond to junior titles (assistant engineers), software designers (senior programmers) correspond to intermediate titles (engineers), and system analysts correspond to senior titles (senior engineers). What needs to be pointed out in particular is that Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security stipulates that from June 65438+ 10/day, 2004, the state will no longer evaluate the professional titles of the computer industry, and its professional titles have passed the national soft examination. That is to say, at present, many industries also implement the policy of evaluating professional titles by taking exams instead of evaluating them, but unlike other industries, the computer industry has gone further and implemented the policy most thoroughly.

Since the reform of the national soft exam in 2004, its corresponding advanced qualifications have expanded to five types, and system analysts have always occupied an absolute core position. If the national soft exam system is compared to a big tree, then the system analyst is the trunk of the big tree, and other exams are subsets of the system analyst exam and belong to the branches of the big tree.

As early as the early 1990s, the national soft exam exchanged the certification of computer professional qualification examination with Japan and South Korea, and the three countries recognized and certified each other at the highest level of their respective computer professional qualification examinations. From the level, the system analyst is qualified as a senior consultant (information system) in Taiwan Province Province. Both of them are the highest-level vocational qualification examinations in the computer industry in their respective countries and regions.

In recent years, in order to adapt to the development of information technology and information industry, the related examination business in China and Japan has also undergone positive changes. The examination institutions of both sides discussed and demonstrated the examination standards of China Computer Technology and Software Professional Qualification (Level) Examination and Japan Information Processing Technician Examination for many times, and decided to expand the scope and name of mutual recognition qualification on the basis of the original mutual recognition agreement. On May 30th, 20 1 1, the Education Examination Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Japan Information Processing Promotion Agency re-signed the Mutual Recognition of China-Japan Information Technology Examination Standards.
