When we were in the eighth grade, we started to get in touch with physics, which really opened my eyes. Among them, I had a strong interest in electromagnetism. After repeated thinking and argumentation, I wrote a scientific paper on "electromagnetic runway" and won the prize. A whim made me taste the joy of technological innovation for the first time. With the gradual shrinkage of coal industry, the status of non-coal industry is becoming more and more important. Since the beginning of this year, we have actively built a "non-coal" pattern, and built two major projects: new thermal power plants and calcium recovery. These two projects are listed as key projects by the group company, so it can be said that the prospects are very promising. However, compared with advanced units, the non-coal industry in our mine is still quite backward, lacking fist products with high technology content and high added value, and even few products with absolute advantages in the mining market. This situation not only affects the employment problem, but also restricts the development of our mine. I hope that our leading cadres at all levels, the vast number of scientific and technological workers and comrades grasping non-coal industries can fully understand the importance of developing non-coal industries, firmly grasp the current period of strategic opportunities, speed up the development of non-coal industries, do a good job in project research and technology development and introduction, and expand the overall economic scale and enhance core competitiveness.
