Requirements for publishing academic papers when applying for a master's degree
1. Academic postgraduates (including on-the-job employees who apply for a master's degree with the same academic ability) should publish at least 1 academic papers (with official publication number) in officially published academic journals.
2 professional degree graduate students are not required to publish academic papers, but are encouraged to publish high-level academic papers.
3. China graduate students in the "International Pilot Class" write their dissertations in English, but they are not required to publish academic dissertations, but they must submit Chinese abbreviated dissertations of not less than 654.38+00000 words that meet the requirements of the dissertation format.
Study years and training methods
1. study period: 3-5 years, and the study time at school shall not be less than half a year or 500 class hours.
2. Teaching arrangement: The graduate school of our school will organize and implement the training plan according to the requirements of the training plan for master of engineering in various engineering fields. The total credit is not less than 28 points, and the effective time of thesis work is not less than one year.
3. The master of engineering is trained by entering the school without leaving the post. The course is taught in a centralized way, mainly after class. Teachers are mainly sent by our school, and a small number of professional courses can employ senior engineers and technicians with high academic level and outstanding performance from the source units.
4. The thesis combines the actual project of our unit.
5. Students have completed the required credits within the specified number of years, passed the defense organized by Northwestern Polytechnical University, and were awarded the master's degree in engineering by academic degree evaluation committee.
