Design of automatic control system for intelligent drinking machine

Abstract: Water dispenser, as its name implies, is a household product born to solve people's drinking problems. It has become a fashion darling because it improves people's drinking quality and life quality. However, with the continuous improvement of people's material living standards, the performance requirements of drinking fountains are constantly improving. At the same time of development, some problems of drinking fountains are increasingly exposed many times, such as water heating causing "thousands of people's boiling water damage" and consuming a lot of electricity. At present, most of the control systems of drinking fountains in the market are realized by hardware circuits, which have limitations such as simple circuits and complex functions, and only have functions such as heating and heat preservation, mainly due to the rigidity and deficiency of its control. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the existing control systems of drinking fountains. This paper mainly introduces the software and hardware design process of a simple intelligent control system for drinking fountains made by AT89C52 single chip microcomputer. The water temperature is detected by temperature sensor DS 18B20, and the real-time water temperature is displayed by LCD 1602. Only when the water temperature is reduced by 70℃ and it is not enough to heat the water to boiling, other intelligent temperature control heating systems will not be energized, thus saving electricity, and the heating floor temperature can be adjusted by software programs. Because AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core, its software programming method and software realization of intelligent control of water dispenser are emphatically given. The system has the characteristics of simple circuit structure, convenient operation, low hardware cost and low power consumption.
