General situation of Luohe port project
Shahe Luohe-Pingdingshan Navigation Project The navigation project from Luohe Port to Beiru Estuary has a planned channel grade of four and a designed maximum ship of 500 tons. The project is located in the upper reaches of Sha Ying, passing Pingdingshan City, Xuchang City and Luohe City. The total length of the waterway is about 95.56km, the width of the waterway is 50m, the minimum design water depth is 2.3m, and the minimum bending radius is 330m. Chen Xi Ship Lock, Mawan Ship Lock and Luohe Ship Lock will be newly built. The lock is a four-level lock. The effective length of lock chamber× entrance width× threshold depth is 120× 18×3.2(m), and the design depth of approach channel is 3.0m. The total width of the new Chen Xi sluice is 142m. Four ports, namely, Yancheng Port of Luohe Port, Wuyang Port of Luohe Port, Xiangcheng Port of Xuchang Port and Yexian Port of Pingdingshan Port, are set up along the waterway, all of which are 500-ton berths; Five bridges were rebuilt and three anchorages were set. The estimated total investment of this project is 6,543,800 yuan+628,420 yuan. The section from Luohe Port to the north estuary of this project is about 7 1.0km, and 5 bridges have been rebuilt. Set the anchorage to 1. Three new shiplocks, namely Chen Xi Shiplock, Mawan Shiplock and Luohe Shiplock, will be built, and Luohe Port 1 Wuyang Port Area will be built.
