At the top of the table of contents on the next page, insert the delimiter -continuous, open the header and footer toolbars, put the cursor on the footer, and click "Link to Previous Page" on the header and footer toolbars to make the footer of this page disappear. Page numbers inserted in this way are separated from the table of contents.
