I think the involution phenomenon of contemporary college students has both advantages and disadvantages.

A few months ago, I made an interview on the topic of college students' involution in our school. In the interview, my companions and I set the following questions:

How do you handle the involution?

Among the hundreds of people interviewed, the answers to the first two questions are yes. This reminds me that the word "involution" can be said to have penetrated into the daily life of our college students. However, according to the interview, "involution" is not only beneficial but also harmful to some students.

There are actually many ways to understand "involution" We can understand it as: learning secretly and not sharing with others. This will lead to a closed state and not reach the ideal state. Similarly, we can also understand it as: try to take everything seriously and become a model. Different people have different opinions and different results. Therefore, we should look at the phenomenon of involution with a rational eye.

Advantages of "involution":

It can be a driving force.

No one wants to stay around the students who are full of "involution". Moreover, most people can be influenced by people around them, especially most people around them. So I also became an involution, not an involution. It can be said that it is a struggle, turning pressure into motivation. However, this is also a kind of motivation to drive yourself to act, rather than shouting slogans all over the sky.

You can constantly improve yourself.

With the prevalence of involution, we have the motivation and feeling to move forward. Then, with a good start, many people will stick to it, constantly enrich themselves and learn various skills. In this process of "quantity", from the perspective of personal gain, it can be said that it is a process of continuous self-improvement.

Create a competitive environment.

Under involution, it can be regarded as a high-pressure environment, which can stimulate people's potential and promote people's participation. The process of "involution" is like a competitive process. Only by demonstrating our abilities and constantly improving ourselves can we deliver more outstanding talents to the society.

The disadvantages of "involution":

? It is not conducive to cooperation and exchange.

Complex and difficult things can't be done by one person, which requires the cooperation of the whole team, and learning also requires exchanges and cooperation. The collision between ideas can spark, and good methods in learning are also very important for our communication and sharing. And we don't often have time to discuss in class, but "involution" seems to close us up, fearing that we are "involved" but not communicating and cooperating with others. We know this phenomenon is wrong, but in the torrent of "involution", we begin to accept it. This is undoubtedly a major drawback of "involution".

Cause "involution anxiety".

When involution becomes more and more serious, some students will fall into involution anxiety. We are constantly influenced by people around us. In short, we have no choice but to "roll up", which seems to be pushing forward. When you travel for a period of time, you begin to doubt and enter a strange circle of thinking. Even some students are afraid of falling behind because of excessive competition. These can be said to be "involution anxiety"

Invalid Internal Volume.

For the word "involution", the understanding is diversified. However, we may have seen or even felt such involution: a paper requires more than 2,000 words, but because of involution, we try our best to increase the number of words and write 89,000 words. It's ok to pay attention to quality, but it's probably meaningless and even a waste of time if you win only by words. Therefore, ineffective "involution" will not progress, but will lead to retrogression.

I think, as college students, we should treat involution rationally. "Involution" doesn't mean that we lie flat. If we don't "roll in", we lie flat, which can be said to be two extremes.

We can use the modality of "involution" to create a condition full of learning energy, so that we can constantly enrich ourselves, communicate constantly and make progress together. You can't stay up late to overdraw your body because of involution, nor can you encourage the wind of ineffective involution. "involution" is by no means caused by one person, and everyone affected by it needs to change its original meaning. Take the essence and discard the dross to deal with the bad atmosphere of involution. If we can fully realize the positive influence of involution and constantly promote its development, I believe involution can also be interesting.
