Yan Chao was born in August 1988, an ordinary family in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. My father is a railway worker and an erhu lover. Under the influence of his father, Yan Chaojie studied under Zhou Jiujiu, a famous Erhu performer in Xuzhou, at the age of 6, and then under Shen Tao, Zhao Yingjie and other Erhu performers, laying a solid foundation. At the age of 8, Yan Chaojie participated in the first children's variety competition in Xuzhou and won the first prize.
