What caused the Liangshan fire?
According to the investigation, the cause of the "3.30" forest fire in Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture was that the drainage line (about 65.438+0.9 m long) reserved for the 1 conductor erected by the 85- 1 pole in Madao Substation overlapped with the hoop of the pole cross arm support frame under the action of wind in a specific direction, resulting in a permanent grounding discharge fault (lasting for 65.9 m).

On March 30, 2020, a forest fire broke out at the ridge of Pijiashan at the junction of Jiujiu Township and Anha Town in Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture. During the rescue, due to sudden change of wind direction, sudden increase of wind, interruption of Fei Huo and failure of self-rescue, 19 people involved in the fire fighting died and 3 people were injured. The forest fire caused all kinds of land to be burnt, with a total area of 30.405 hectares. Comprehensive calculation shows that the affected forest area is 79 1.6 hectares, and the direct economic loss is 9.731.1.2 million yuan.
