Surgical examination and approval authority refers to the examination and approval authority for different levels of surgery and different situations and types of surgery to be performed. The hospital has implemented a computer-managed operation notice, and the pre-operation summary and approval column should be signed in writing by the director of the department and the professor in charge of the group.
Routine surgery:
First-class operation: the attending professor approves the operation, and the attending doctor reports the operation notice above.
Secondary operation: with the consent of the group professor, senior attending doctors and above declare the operation notice.
Third-level operation: the director of the department approves the operation, and doctors above the deputy chief physician report the operation notice.
Grade 4 operation: approved by the department director and notified by the senior deputy chief physician.
