There are many kinds of writing. In the following sharing meeting, we will discuss the styles of novels, essays and essays. Today, we will talk about a more practical problem.

How to write a professional and logical article?

Whether studying or working, writing a highly professional article will bring you strong competitiveness. Today, I will outline my basic steps.

The first step is to choose a topic.

Choosing a topic is very important. You need to know what you want to be. Why are you writing? Who are you writing to? How will the people watching it react?

Again, before writing an article, you should ask yourself these three questions clearly and give the answers-

Why did you write it?

Who are you writing to?

How will people who guess watches react?

For example, my topic is "How to write a professional and logical article". I wrote to "people who need to learn to write professional articles" and "people who don't have this ability for the time being". I estimate that they will have "what a wonderful writing style! Benefit a lot "and" nothing "and other reactions.

Regarding negative feedback, it is necessary to check it again and again after you finish writing, and treat yourself as a reader. This is the last word.

The second step is to determine the viewpoint.

Opinions are very important.

It can be said that the title you decide when choosing a topic is your opinion, which is one of the principles of a good title. Also, please remember that an article can only have one opinion.

Ensuring an opinion is to ensure your logic, not objectivity. If there are multiple opinions in an article, you will be very contradictory and even less objective.

For example, I want to write an article "Why China's animation is declining". There are some cases in which China's animation was very strong in the 1970s and 1980s, and some cases in which animation is well done now, but the viewpoint must be "the general environment of animation in China is declining", not "we are regressing", and then "there are several good works that we should look forward to".

If you write like this, readers can't understand what you really want to say. This is a comprehensive training of thinking and logic.

The third step is to collect cases for your topics and opinions.

Collect as much as possible, the more the better. Recently, I plan to do a series of topics around Li Bai in a new column of Beijing Evening News. I collected more than 100 thousand words of information in the early stage to fully understand my professional background.

After I collected all the materials, I quickly classified and read them. How to train your fast reading ability is not detailed here, because this is not the focus today. I recommend you to read How to Read a Book.

You should read these materials purposefully, and remember your themes and opinions when reading. If you only have topics and no opinions at first, then you will gradually form your own opinions in this reading process.

Experienced writers often form the fourth step directly in their minds at this stage: the framework.

The fourth step is to build a framework.

If you are not an experienced writer, don't worry, the framework needs careful polishing.

After determining the topic, viewpoint and reading a lot of relevant materials, you should make the framework part of your article, that is, the outline. More directly, a simple directory. If there are graduates in the group, they must have written their graduation thesis. The framework here is very similar to the graduation thesis catalogue.

But don't be confused. I'm just saying this to make people understand it faster. You know, there are still differences between the three concepts: framework, outline and catalogue.

Of course, it is difficult for beginners to list a logically clear framework. You can take out a piece of paper first and write all your opinions and ideas on it. After writing dozens of points, you will find out for yourself who is lighter and who is heavier, who should be in front and who should be behind, which points you should collect and what is the logical relationship between them.

If you still don't have this ability, then you should do comparative analysis one by one slowly until you clearly know the importance and logic.

For beginners, it is necessary to write a framework, and it should be detailed. When you have experience, you can make a framework and list items in only a dozen words to express your ideas.

The general framework is to list the first, second and third parts, and the subdivision is to divide each part into 123, so it is not necessary to apply it rigidly as I said. Everyone has his own framework system, so you should learn and use it flexibly.

Step 3: After reading so much information and listing the general framework, you must know where to put the materials in the framework, and finally, form the final framework.

After the framework comes out, you can start writing articles. Believe me, if you do this, you won't know how to write, and you know what to write.

The fifth step is to write an article.

For example, I shared this article with you today, and in the framework, I wrote this-

"Know what you want to do. Why write? Who are you writing to? How will the people watching it react? ? "

That's what I wrote when I actually wrote it, and I added the corresponding materials.

If it is a professional article involving data, you can use your own first-hand data, if not, check it yourself or analyze it yourself.

The following writing is the same. According to your framework, fill in your materials and your ideas, and it will look like flesh and blood. Also, always remember that nothing you write can go against your final point of view.

Every part is not nonsense, but logical This is the third and fourth steps to be determined repeatedly. Finally, you will finish an article.

The sixth step is to modify the article.

After the completion of repeated scrutiny, continuous revision, continuous inspection. The main investigation is: logic. For a professional article, writing is not the most important thing, what matters is your logic and your point of view. If you find logic confusion or conflict of views, you must change it, even if you want to change it by 70%.

Therefore, the early framework is very important. I usually spend five to ten times as much time on framing as on writing.

As I said at the beginning, you should ask yourself a few questions, one of which is to guess the reader's reaction. When checking, please forget that you are the author, look at your article with the reader's harsh eyes, find out the most serious problems, and then constantly revise it.

After completing the above six steps, you can roughly complete an article.

Question time

Don't ask "how to write well" and "how to publish an article". Everyone who actually wrote it knows that these two questions can't be answered at all. You'll know when you've written enough

Q: Do you imitate or directly create an article?

A: The front is not important, the back is not important, the key is whether to write or not ... If you write more, you will understand how the word "imitation" came from. This kind of question is like "How can I write well?" Start writing first, whether it is imitation or direct creation, write a lot first.

Q: I just want to ask ... how to get the title?

A: Different styles of titles have different ways. The principle of a good title is: summarize your article in one sentence. China and the Four Classical Novels is a model of the title circle, and The Journey to the West directly summed up the whole book, so is The Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

Q: What about the title of the essay? I like prose best.

A: If it's not an official WeChat account prose, the title can be more literary, appropriate and short. Like the moonlight coming back from the lotus pond.

Q: What is the best proportion of negative opinions used to highlight your own views in an article?

A: The proportion of negative opinions is not particularly hard, but it is recommended not to exceed 50%.

Q: In the viewpoint part, there are examples to illustrate what should be done to avoid conflicts if we want to reach an agreement on viewpoints and highlight them with positive and negative comparisons.

A: The way to avoid conflict: your conclusion. After citing both positive and negative examples, you should immediately explain why you cited this example, what is the conclusion after this example, and your conclusion to show your position.

Q: Is it the same as writing an argumentative essay at school? There are three elements in argumentative writing: arguments correspond to viewpoints, arguments correspond to collected materials, and arguments help to convince others to accept your opinions by using materials and viewpoints?

A: well, it's similar to an argumentative essay. These three elements are actually effective in most styles.

Q: How to start writing a novel?

A: Read 100 novels, write 100 novels, and analyze 100 novels. After this, we must start.

Q: Can you recommend the novel of 100?

A: My advice is: Don't ask others for a book list, find it yourself. Distinguishing by yourself is more useful than a book list.

Q: How to analyze novels? Do you have a template?

A: Everyone has a misconception that theory is a template. Theory is not equal to template, just like you have to learn music theory when learning musical instruments, and practice perspective and lines when learning painting. Are those templates? We have to learn a lot of theories, but never apply templates. How to analyze novels can be found in professional textbooks such as Creative Writing Book Series and Introduction to Novels.

Q: Another question is about writing plays. How to get started, thank you.

A: Reading. Recommend "Story" and "Fundamentals of Film Script Writing"

Q: Can essays and artistic conception be combined into novels?

A: Yes. But this is not recommended. Only experienced novelists can write well. You can try, but be prepared for poor writing.

Q: If you write about artistic conception, is it similar to prose?

A: Although a large part of prose describes mood, it does not mean that writing mood is writing prose. If you write an essay about your mood to others, remember not to write a running account.

Q: Are there any differences and similarities between prose and essay?

These are two styles ... if you have to find the same, it is probably: both are non-fiction articles.

Q: The center of prose is always difficult to read … I don't know what the key point is, such as Ye Shengtao's Morning Glory.

A: ... the central idea ... means that we are not writing about reading comprehension in middle school Chinese.

Q: Is there any necessary connection between a good narrative and a good argumentative essay? Argumentative writing is more suitable for rational people to write well. Narrative is suitable for sensitive people to write well?

A: There is only one correlation about how well several styles are written: the time you practice in that style. Any excellent article is a combination of sensibility and rationality, and there is no reason for separation.

Q: Can you ask me a question? What if the logic is not good?

A: Training. When I was talking about the framework, I talked about a logical training problem. I really don't know how to practice logic ... study the catalogue of 100 professional books.

Q: I recently submitted my resume to a WeChat official account platform, and then he called me back. Now let me push a few articles. But I did observe these official WeChat accounts, but I don't know much about them. It's about college students.

A: After reading all their articles on the official WeChat account, analyze their styles and general routines and start writing.

Q: I didn't know anything about the background of the official WeChat account before, and I didn't know where to start.

A: Register an official WeChat account and watch it in the background. What they want is to push, mainly to read their articles and understand the basic operation in the background. Play for three hours and you will probably know.

Q: In my opinion, Chris Lee's letter is a running account, but why is it sought after?

A: This has nothing to do with writing. Because Chris Lee is red.

Q: What should I pay attention to when writing a plan?

A: Pay attention to operability and don't write empty words.

Q: Does planning need to spend a big chapter on the introduction of the event?

Jane, the word introduction speaks for itself. What matters is how to write and how to carry it out.

Q: I want to know where you found your information and how you arranged it so neatly.

A: Information is found through various search engines. Neat typesetting ... Let's just say I have obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Q: Do you usually have the habit of collecting materials anytime and anywhere?

A: Yes, I collect information anytime and anywhere. When I am inspired, I will immediately write it down with my mobile phone notebook. When I see good articles, good sentences and good materials, I will save them immediately. This has been my habit for many years.

Q: As a big coffee writer, how do you think you should position your style when you just started publishing articles on WeChat official account?

A: Big coffee is not worthy. There is only one orientation: the style you like is your orientation.

Q: When do you usually arrange your writing time?

A: It varies from person to person. You should have a fixed writing time. No matter what happens, you must write. I have three fixed time periods: writing in the morning, writing at night and writing late at night.

Q: Boss, do you have the habit of keeping a diary?

A: I don't have the habit of keeping a mood diary. But I have the habit of taking notes. I will write down roughly what I did today and who I met.

Q: Do you need to consider the gender of the reader before writing an article?

A: If it is not a purposeful article. No need. If "positioning is for women in 16-20" and "targeting male programmers", then gender needs to be considered.

Q: Do you need to be very concerned about readers' opinions?

A: Stick to what you want to write. If the reader's opinion is: you are not good enough. You need to care. If the reader's opinion is: I hope you can change your writing style. Then, you should stick to yourself.

Q: What channels can you test your level or how to publish what you have written?

A: At present, editors basically only invite manuscripts and do not accept submissions. They really want to contribute. Go to the website of China Writers' House, and the level of impurities in it is not good. If you want to test your level, post it on Zhihu, WeChat official account, Weibo and other platforms.
