The calculation of credits for each course is mainly based on the number of hours (weeks) arranged in the training plan of this course. In principle, the calculation method of credits for each course is as follows:
(1) Theory class: every 16 class hours 1 credit;
(2) physical education class: every 36 hours 1 credit;
(3) Experiment (training, computer operation) course: every 32 hours 1 credit;
(4) Practical links: specialized comprehensive courses, focusing on practical teaching links, such as course design (academic papers), internship and graduation design (papers), in principle, every week 1 credit;
(five) the identification and calculation of innovation and entrepreneurship training credits shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding special measures.
Grade point conversion. Grade point is the basic basis for measuring students' learning quality, which reflects the differences of students' academic level. The conversion method between GPA and course assessment results is as follows:
Excellent 4.5 points, good 3.5 points, medium 2.5 points, passing 1.5 points, failing 0 points.
Calculation of credit grade points. The credit grade point is calculated according to the course grade point and course credits, and the average credit grade point (GPA) is calculated according to the credit grade point of each course. The formula is as follows:
(a) Course credits = course credits × course credits;
(2) Average credit grade point = ∑ course credit grade point/∑ course credit.
When calculating the GPA, it is accurate to two decimal places according to the principle of rounding.
