On February 24th, 1998, 1998, the New England Journal of Medicine published the effect of mastic gum on digestive system diseases. The following is a screenshot of the original paper and its Chinese translation for reference:

Frankincense gum kills helicobacter pylori. Editor: Even a small dose of mastic gum-1mg, twice a day-can quickly cure peptic ulcer, but its effective mechanism is still unclear. We found that mastic gum is effective against Helicobacter pylori, which can also explain its therapeutic effect on patients with gastric ulcer.
Frankincense is a resinous exudate obtained from the stems and stems of Pistacia chinensis. In the Mediterranean region, it is used as a food ingredient. Clinically, frankincense has effectively treated benign gastric ulcer (1) and duodenal ulcer. (2)
In the rat experiment, mastic gum showed cell protection and slight anti-gastric acid secretion. (3) We evaluated the antibacterial effect of frankincense on Helicobacter pylori.
Helicobacter pylori strain NCTC 1 1637 (standard reference strain) and six fresh clinical isolates (three are sensitive to metronidazole; Three horses with metronidazole resistance were stored in 7% horse chocolate blood agar or IsoSensitest blood agar (containing 5% fetal bovine serum) in a micro-oxygen atmosphere (nitrogen containing 6% oxygen and 5% carbon dioxide) at 37℃.
Mix mastic gum and ethanol into a stock solution with a concentration of 50 mg/ml, and dilute it into the above blood agar liquid.
(containing 107 Helicobacter pylori cells per ml) The final concentration range was 0.0075- 1.0mg/ml. Ethanol was added to control the proper concentration of the culture. After incubation, an aliquot of 10μl was obtained, which was inoculated on agar plates at different times for up to 48 hours, and the minimum bactericidal concentration was determined (after overnight incubation, the minimum drug concentration required to kill 99.9% of the organisms was in the culture medium).
No matter how sensitive Helicobacter is to nitroimidazole drugs, mastic gum can kill Helicobacter pylori NCTC 1 1637 strain and 6 clinical isolates (the number of live bacteria killed is several times that of factor 1000). For all the strains studied, the minimum bactericidal concentration for 24 hours was 0.06 mg of mastic gum per ml. At the lower concentration of 0.0075 mg/ml, the growth of Helicobacter pylori is still obviously inhibited, and even at the lowest temperature, it has obvious antibacterial effect. Transmission electron microscope proved that mastic gum can really cause the ultrastructural changes of the body. (Data not shown).
These results show that frankincense has obvious antibacterial effect on Helicobacter pylori. This activity can at least partially explain the anti-peptic ulcer properties of frankincense. (1, 2) Recently, in the anti-Helicobacter pylori test of different concentrations of frankincense stock solution (4), the active components of frankincense can be determined.
Because mastic gum trees can be planted in many countries in the world, the cost may not be high and they can be widely used. ? Therefore, we believe that this research data should be of great significance to the management of peptic ulcer in developing countries.

Although the results of these studies can not prove that 100% Helicobacter pylori infection has been eradicated, they have brought good news to many patients. Many patients have been completely cured.
Where can I find this Mediterranean frankincense? You can find this medical Mediterranean mastic gum on JD.COM's website. See the figure below:
The recommended dosage is as follows:
Week 1 week: take mastic gum 1000 mg on an empty stomach every day (two capsules once a day).
The second week: take 2000 mg of mastic gum twice a day on an empty stomach (1am and 3 pm, twice a day, two capsules each time).
The third week: take 3000mg of mastic gum three times a day on an empty stomach (about 10 at 3: 00 am and 3: 00 pm, two capsules each time, before going to bed).
Week 4: Continue to take it in the third week until the symptoms subside or a bottle is completely drunk.
Every patient has a different effect on mastic gum, some of which take effect for two weeks, and some take effect for several months. While taking mastic gum, pay attention to reducing the use of western medicine that inhibits gastric acid. However, it is ok to take western medicine to relieve acute symptoms, but the time of taking mastic gum should be prolonged. Also, pay attention to a healthy diet, drink less, get enough sleep and keep a good mood. This will speed up the effect of treatment.
Helicobacter pylori infection can not be completely eradicated by antibiotic treatment in many cases, but antibiotics bring many side effects to your health. However, mastic gum does not have the side effects of these western medicines, and has a strong killing effect on Helicobacter pylori. The first blue Mediterranean frankincense tree is a frankincense tree, which comes from the most famous Russian island in the Mediterranean. Trees in this area are considered to be the most effective mastic gum. Frankincense gum is a natural gospel for patients with helicobacter pylori and gastric ulcer.
