Invitation answer: Burping can massage the diaphragm reflex area of hands and feet, which has certain effect, with pictures and videos.

Diaphragmatic reflex zone position

It is located at the bottom of metatarsal bones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of both feet, between the cuneiform bone and the cuboid bone, and across the dorsal zone of the foot.

The manipulation of the diaphragmatic reflex zone of the foot is that both hands and fingers are bent into a sickle shape, and the inner edges of the two fingers are forced at the same time, scraping and pressing from the center of the back to both sides, and the intensity is appropriate to produce pain in the reflex zone.

Operation diagram of diaphragmatic reflex zone of foot

Location of the hand diaphragm reflex zone

Located at the roots of the second, third, fourth and fifth metacarpal bones on the backs of both hands, spanning the banded area of the back of the hand.

The technique of the diaphragmatic reflex area of the hand is to massage the thumb and fingertips from the radial side to the ulnar side, and the intensity is to produce pain.

The massage time of diaphragm reflex area is 200 times (3 minutes).

Note: 1. Massage the reflection area, first apply some massage oil to the part that needs massage to protect the skin;

2. Massage the diaphragm reflex area of the left hand and left foot for 3 minutes, and massage the diaphragm reflex area of the right hand and right foot for 3 minutes. Pain in the reflex zone is appropriate, and hiccups can be relieved or disappeared immediately after treatment.

You need to drink 500ml warm water after treatment.

Everyone burps from the baby in the womb to the old man. Some people burp is a normal physiological phenomenon, while others burp because of serious diseases.

Today, we are going to talk about burping that everyone has.

What is burping? Hiccups are also called hiccups. Hiccup is characterized by a rush of breath, repeated murmurs in the throat, and short and frequent sounds, which make people unable to restrain themselves. It was also called "thunderbolt" in ancient times.

It is caused by overeating, cold and spicy food, or anger, depression, poor qi movement, or gas consumption after a serious illness or a long illness, which makes the stomach move against the diaphragm. At the same time, it is also related to the loss of lung qi and qi.

Frequent hiccups or hiccups lasting more than 24 hours are called intractable hiccups; Hiccups that have not stopped for more than 48 hours are called intractable hiccups.

Mechanism of Hiccup Hiccup is a common physiological phenomenon. It is because of the involuntary contraction (spasm) of the diaphragm that air is quickly sucked into the lungs, and the gap between the two vocal cords suddenly narrows, making strange sounds. It takes two steps for the body to complete the "action" of burping.

Step 1: Diaphragm contraction

The first step is completed by the diaphragm. The diaphragm is a large flat muscle at the bottom of the lung, just like a partition, which separates the lung from the abdominal organs. The action of burping is actually caused by the severe spasm of diaphragm. Because the diaphragm and the bottom of the lung are closely connected, the diaphragm moves and the lung is pulled. At this time, the external performance of the body is to take a deep breath in a very short time.

Step 2: Close the epiglottis.

The second step of burping is done in the throat. Just now, when the diaphragm shook, my lungs could hardly breathe. Once this breath enters the lungs, the entrance to the respiratory tract-that is, the epiglottis of the throat-will be closed immediately, so that air can no longer enter. The sound of burping is the sound produced by turning it off when inhaling.

Healthy people will burp, eat too fast, eat too full, suddenly eat very hot or cold food, and drink or drink water. And the outside temperature changes too fast and excessive smoking can also cause hiccups.

Generally, the behavior of burping and wolfing down food will make us inhale a lot of air and accumulate at the top of the stomach, which will easily stimulate the diaphragm and cause burping.

In addition to wolfing down and causing hiccups, other common causes are: drinking too much cola, drinking wine, being too excited or excited, swallowing saliva, eating sugar, sudden temperature change and so on. This common cause of hiccups does not last more than 48 hours. After eating the gas brought into the stomach bubble too quickly, the stimulation disappeared and the hiccups stopped. But sometimes the stimulation disappears and the hiccups are still playing.

General hiccups don't need special treatment. If they last for a long time, try the following methods to help us stop burping:

1, take a deep breath: you can stop eating when you burp while eating, and you can often stop burping in a short time by taking a few deep breaths.

2, hold your breath: If deep breathing doesn't work, then hold your breath for as long as possible after deep breathing, so that the concentration of carbon dioxide in the body increases, and snoring can be suppressed through nerve reflex. But people with poor cardiopulmonary function should use this method with caution.

3. Breathe in a paper bag: Breathing in a paper bag around your mouth and nose can have a similar effect. The principle is the same as holding your breath, that is, cover your nose and mouth with paper bags to increase the concentration of carbon dioxide in your body and inhibit burping.

4, drink ice water: ice water stimulation can inhibit snoring, if you are afraid of drinking ice water to cause gastrointestinal discomfort, you can rinse your mouth with ice water.

5, sneezing: When sneezing, if you sneeze hard, you can suppress snoring. For example, smelling pepper through the nose or stimulating the nasal cavity with absorbent cotton can induce us to sneeze.

6, drinking water bending method:

Take a few sips of warm water, swallow it slowly, and bend over 90 degrees 10 ~ 15 times. Because the stomach is close to the diaphragm, it can warm the diaphragm from the inside. When bending over, the internal organs will also massage the diaphragm to relieve the diaphragm spasm and achieve the purpose of stopping hiccups.

07. Tongue sticking method: When burping, put a clean gauze on your tongue, hold your tongue with your fingers and stretch it out. At this point, you will feel the gas in your abdomen rising, and the hiccups will naturally disappear.

08. Frightening method: If you don't pay attention to the back of the burping person, you can also stop burping. Because fright, as a strong emotional stimulus, can spread to the subcutaneous center through the cortex and inhibit diaphragm spasm. But patients with hypertension and heart disease should use it with caution.

Treating hiccup by rubbing points, when all the above methods are ineffective, you can also achieve the purpose of stopping hiccup by rubbing points. Here, Xiao Lu introduces several acupoints to stop er, so that everyone can stop er at any time to eliminate embarrassment:

(Image from "Everyone of Chinese Medicine")

Location: located 2 inches above the forearm and wrist transverse stripes, between the palmaris longus tendon and the flexor carpi radialis tendon.

Scope of application: universal application. Neiguan point is the intersection of eight veins, which runs through the yin and yang veins, "closing the stomach and closing the chest". It is mainly used for treating stomach and chest diseases, and has the functions of regulating stomach, lowering adverse qi and widening chest. So all kinds of hiccups can be massaged at Neiguan point. In particular, a single hiccup symptom is not accompanied by other obvious discomfort. Pressing this point can basically alleviate it.

Location: located in the depression of face and eyebrows, at the supraorbital notch. Yes, as long as you have done eye exercises, you must press this acupoint.

Scope of application: Hiccup caused by central system disorder, such as patients after stroke. Yaozhu point is the experience point to stop er, and supraorbital compression is one of the methods to stimulate vagus nerve. This point needs strong stimulation and heavy pressing, and the pain is obvious.

Location: Located in the abdomen, on the anterior midline, 4 inches above the umbilicus.

Scope of application: Hiccup accompanied by dyspepsia, abdominal distension, constipation and other symptoms. Zhongwan point is the point of the stomach, and diarrhea can clear heat and reduce qi. At the same time, it can massage the abdomen clockwise, dredge the fu-organs and reduce reflux.

Location: the intersection of the front 1/3 and the back 2/3 of the connecting line between the toe seam of the 2nd and 3rd metatarsals and the heel.

Scope of application: mostly used for elderly patients, such as central hiccups after radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors. Yongquan point is the well point of the kidney meridian of foot shaoyin, which echoes up and down with the stomach meridian of foot Yangming. Pressing Yongquan point has the functions of lowering qi, warming kidney-yang, lowering adverse qi and expelling toxin.

Location: Behind the earlobe, the depression between the mandibular angle and the mastoid process.

Scope of application: Yifeng point is the triple energizer meridian point of shaoyang hand and the intersection point of shaoyang hand and foot. The triple energizer meridian of shaoyang in the hand is "middle cloth, winding pericardium diaphragm", and the gallbladder meridian of shaoyang in the foot is "lower chest, penetrating diaphragm, winding liver, belonging to gallbladder, following hypochondriac rib". Therefore, when pressing Yifeng point to treat hiccup, the therapeutic purpose can be achieved by dredging the qi of Sanjiao.

Reminder: Some hiccups may be caused by diseases. Generally, hiccups can relieve themselves quickly, but some people will not relieve themselves for hours or even days. If it is more than 48 hours, it may be a signal of illness and need to go to the hospital, especially for middle-aged and elderly people.

Persistent hiccups are mostly caused by the stimulation of diaphragm, diaphragm nerve, vagus nerve or central nervous system.

Be alert to these diseases when you burp continuously.

If you burp frequently, you will burp unconsciously even if you don't eat, which may indicate that your stomach is infected with Helicobacter pylori. Most patients with gastritis after Helicobacter pylori infection will have symptoms such as dull pain in the upper abdomen, stomachache, fullness after eating, loss of appetite and belching. Symptoms can be mild or severe, recurrent or long-lasting.

The cardia is the interface between esophagus and stomach. Open it when eating and close it after eating to ensure that the food in the stomach will not flow back to the esophagus.

Because of chronic inflammation, unclean food, bad eating habits and other reasons, it can cause malignant transformation and develop into cardiac cancer. The main symptoms of cardiac cancer are burping, eating disorder, subxiphoid pain, vomiting, hematemesis and melena. If it is serious, it is impossible to eat and lose weight. Long-term, repeated and frequent unexplained burping is a common symptom in the early stage of cardiac cancer.

Beware of cancer when you burp continuously. If you burp continuously, never take it lightly. There have also been some cases of liver cancer diagnosed by continuous hiccups in clinic. Because continuous hiccups may be caused by liver enlargement caused by tumor and diaphragm spasm caused by diaphragm stimulation.

For the elderly, repeated hiccups may be a precursor to stroke, so seek medical attention in time.

Because after the stroke, intracranial lesions directly or indirectly affect the respiratory center and the vagus nerve nucleus of the brain stem, the delayed cerebral vessels that regulate the respiratory heartbeat are blocked, and the autonomic nerve function is disordered and burps all the time; There is also upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by acute ulcer after stroke, which stimulates gastric mucosa after bleeding, and then stimulates diaphragm, diaphragm spasm and burp.

Drugs, anesthesia and mental factors can also cause hiccups, such as barbiturates, diabetes, electrolyte imbalance, long-term alcoholism, renal failure, hormone use and some painkillers.

If hiccups occur for more than 48 hours or frequently, it is recommended to see a doctor, usually in gastroenterology, otolaryngology and thoracic surgery. First of all, we should make clear the cause or inducement of hiccups and whether there are organic lesions.

After excluding organic diseases, drugs can be used as needed under the guidance of doctors: chlorpromazine, metoclopramide, baclofen and other drugs are commonly used.

1 Hold your breath, 2 be startled, 3 bite your upper lip with your teeth, 4 take a sip of water and swallow it many times.

Burping is actually caused by diaphragm spasm. Diaphragm is a muscle, and it is an involuntary muscle. It is located in the area between the chest and abdomen. If this muscle spasm occurs, hiccups will occur. If hiccups occur, it is suggested that you can hold your breath, that is, hold your breath for a while, because when you hold your breath, your chest will increase and then reach the diaphragm. At this time, if it is a slight hiccup, it is also possible. In addition, it is suggested that you can drink more water, and sometimes you can burp because the food you eat is not suitable. Finally, if it is a stubborn hiccup, you can choose to go to the hospital for further treatment and use some drugs.

Many years ago, an old man was treated by Xiao everywhere for five years, but it didn't work after being treated in Kaizhou People's Hospital. One day, the old man said that he had high blood pressure and heart disease. Every time he treated Xiao, he asked the old man to buy two or two internal medicine wines and take them four times, once every morning, at a cost of five yuan each time. After taking these drugs, the old man recovered completely.

Hold your breath, hold back, don't burp, swallow saliva, and just try a few more times.

Put a porcelain bowl on your head, knock it with chopsticks, or swallow it hard, and it will be relieved after several times.

Take a sip of water, swallow it in seven sips, and then burp. I have tried many times myself, holding my breath, pounding my back and scaring Deng. Only drinking water has obvious effect, I can try.

Take a breath, hold it, hold it until you can't hold it, be sure to hold it to your physiological limit, and then exhale slowly.

When we eat or drink water, there will always be some gas entering our stomach, which will produce what we call hiccups. Sometimes burping will make us more annoyed because it will bring us some uncomfortable feelings.

So now, I'm going to teach you how to stop burping. If you like these methods, you can try to use them in your life or teach them to others, so that everyone will not worry about burping again.
