How to make an electronic version of a paper without a table of contents?

The steps are as follows:

1. Open the document in word, select the title, and right-click Modify Style to directly modify the title style.

2. After entering the modification interface, you can set the font of the paper, which needs to be set according to the specified typesetting format requirements.

3. Select the title style, set the first-level title, and use the format brush to set all the first-level titles.

4. Click Citation-Table of Contents to automatically generate the paper table of contents.

5. Click on the page number, set the page number format according to the typesetting requirements, and choose a good format. So you can insert the page number.

Click View and select the Navigation Pane. A navigation interface will appear on the left, and you can directly click the title, page or search result to enter the corresponding content.

7. Click Reference and select Insert Table Directory. Select the option, select the title style of all chart contents, click OK to create after selection, and the paper catalog will be automatically updated.
