Border submission instructions
(1) The author should be at least an associate professor or a doctor. The article should be at least 5500 words long.

(two) the format of the manuscript is standardized and the items are complete, including:

1. Title. Generally no more than 20 words, and a subtitle can be added if necessary.

2. Name of the author. The real name of the department is required, and the author's brief introduction is marked at the bottom of the home page, including name, gender, age, education, professional title, main work and research direction, address, etc.

3. Author unit. The full name of the unit, the name of the province and city and the postal code.

4. summary. Summarize the research background, purpose, methods, achievements and main conclusions, objectively reflect the main information of the paper, and strive to be concise, generally not exceeding 200 words.

5. Key words. Choose 3-5 terms that reflect the main content of the paper and separate them with semicolons.

6. English translation of titles, authors' names, abstracts and keywords.

(3) The responsibility for writing is borne by the author. On the basis of respecting the author's meaning, the editorial department has the right to edit and abridge the manuscript.

(4) Please don't contribute more than one manuscript. If more than one manuscript is found, all the adverse consequences will be borne by the author.

(5) After the manuscript is published in this journal, two current publications will be presented to the author in time.
