Primary school is the best time for children to form various habits. Paying attention to cultivating good study habits at this stage will not only directly affect students' academic performance, but also affect students' ability and personality development to some extent. Teachers should establish the consciousness of serving students' lifelong learning and attach great importance to the cultivation of students' study habits ideologically.
First, the importance of cultivating children to develop good study habits
Habit determines the fate of life, which has become common sense. Good habits play a decisive role in people's success. The so-called study habits refer to the fixed attitudes and behaviors formed in learning activities. Study habits have a direct impact on students' study, and good study habits are an important factor to promote students' good academic performance. When good study habits are developed, students will enjoy them for life. Good habits should be cultivated from an early age, "starting with dolls." Once bad habits are formed, it is difficult to correct them.
Second, the main problems in children's study habits
1. Some students' learning motivation and goals are not clear, they are not interested in learning, and they lack curiosity and thirst for knowledge. They just learn mechanically, passively and under external pressure. Classroom attention is not concentrated, not listening carefully, distracted, in a daze, love to do things unrelated to the classroom, depressed, and love to doze off.
2. The consciousness of cooperative learning is not strong. Many students think that listening carefully means listening attentively to the teacher. In the classroom observation, I found that many students are not good at listening to the speeches of their peers and are eager to express their opinions; In group cooperative learning, most students like to express their opinions and are not good at accepting others' opinions to correct their answers.
3. Serious dependence, lack of initiative and consciousness in learning, and the habit of independent thinking has not yet been developed. Some students are used to relying on independent teachers and classmates when they encounter difficulties in their studies, and their learning initiative and enthusiasm are poor, and their learning methods are poor. Once they are in the state of autonomous learning, they are often at a loss and their learning efficiency is low.
4. Poor work habits. Few students can do "one foot, one punch, one inch". The bad posture is mainly that the head is too low, the exercise book is skewed, the pen is too tight, and the nib is too perpendicular to the paper. The handwriting is not correct enough, it is altered at will, and a lot of correction fluid (paper) is used, which is untidy and can not be well balanced, correct and beautiful. Scribble on the back of the exercise book. Using a pen is too casual, and the same exercise book will use pens, ballpoint pens, pencils, etc. The meanings of careless homework, missing questions and misreading questions still exist among some students. Parents report that some children play while doing their homework, while others watch TV while doing their homework, which is not enough concentration. Some parents think that children need company when they do their homework.
5, learning passive or lack of planning. Often they follow the teacher, lack the spirit of active learning, and can't arrange their own study on their own initiative. Even if the school schedule is there, they often forget how to prepare for the next day's study. There is no purpose, no plan, no fixed study time and no timetable for study and life.
Third, factors affecting children's study habits
1, the influence of children. Children don't realize the importance of preview and won't preview, which is the main factor. They are not interested in learning and have no good self-control and consciousness.
2. The influence of family and social factors. The low educational level of parents restricts the development of children's good habits; Parents don't know enough about the importance of good habits and can't correct their children's bad habits in time; Parents do not provide good learning conditions for their children.
3. The influence of schools and teachers on children's study habits. Some teachers don't realize the importance of good study habits, and seldom consciously cultivate students to develop good study habits; Failing to take effective measures in time to correct students' bad study habits; The professional level of some teachers needs to be improved and the teaching methods need to be improved; Lack of guidance on students' correct learning methods.
Fourth, how to cultivate children's good study habits
1. Teachers: (1) Strengthen professional study, improve their own quality and cultivate good teaching habits; At the same time, strengthen teaching reflection and summarize your own teaching experience in time; Strengthen exchanges and discussions among teachers, and give play to collective wisdom; (2) Teaching students learning methods, such as previewing, writing reading notes, observing and modifying exercises. Using classroom teaching to cultivate students to develop good habits persistently; (3) Improve evaluation methods, encourage and praise students who have good habits or are actively developing good habits. This kind of encouragement and praise will leave a deep impression on students' minds; (4) Carry out a variety of teaching and entertainment activities to improve students' learning enthusiasm; (5) Strengthen contact with parents and strive for their cooperation. Teachers and parents are the people who have the most contact with students, and their words and deeds will have various influences on students, so we should pay attention to our every move and try to be an example for students to learn.
2. Parents: (1) First, create a good family learning environment for children; (2) In view of the weak willpower of some children, parents should formulate strict norms and work and rest with their children. For example, it is stipulated that * * * is the same as learning time to cultivate children's good time awareness and learning concentration; (3) Parents should strengthen their study, improve their own quality, and strive to be role models for their children. Children are experts in imitation, and what kind of parents will have what kind of children. Standardizing one's own behavior plays a decisive role in children's personality development.
3. Students: (1) Establish a mutual aid group and establish a student mutual evaluation system. Let students evaluate each other, let students learn the advantages of others and find their own shortcomings in mutual evaluation, so as to achieve the goal of comprehensive improvement; (2) Learn to evaluate and reflect on yourself, reflect on the reasons why you are criticized, and improve your academic performance.
In a word, the cultivation education of students is an arduous and long project, which needs the attention and efforts of all our teachers, parents, schools and society. Let's start from now, from details, from small things, and work together to create a better tomorrow for our children!
