Fan's main achievements
In September, 1997, Fan was recommended as a graduate student. Since graduating from graduate school, Fan has published more than 65,438+00 papers on IEEE, Proc. AMS, FFTA and AAECC, etc. Among them, SCI included 10 papers, EI included 3 papers, and the articles were cited by SCI for more than 20 times. The related results were read out and published at the 2002 World Congress of Mathematicians. Her doctoral thesis "Exponential Sum and Its Application in Cryptography —— Randomness of Sequences over Rings and Distribution of Primitive Polynomial Coefficients" won the 100 Excellent Doctoral Thesis Awards of the PLA and the 100 Excellent Doctoral Thesis Awards of China, and was awarded the "Zhong Jiaqing Mathematics Award" by chinese mathematical society in July 2005. Fan became the only female doctor in China's army to receive this honor.

Fan Ceng has successfully organized two academic conferences on "Finite Fields and Their Applications" and served as a reviewer of many academic journals such as IEEE Trans. Inform.Theory, Refined Fields and Its Application, Progress of Science and Natural Science in China, and was invited to be a commentator of Mathematical Review, an expert of National Natural Science Foundation and 863 Project Evaluation.

On June 5438+February, 2006, in the evaluation of Fan's promotion, the school expert judges unanimously deliberated and passed. Schools do not stick to one pattern to drop talents, not only on seniority, but also on ability. The relevant departments at higher levels have "green light" all the way in the examination and approval. In this way, Fan became a shining star in the phalanx of professors in our army and the youngest female doctoral professor in the whole army.
