Only by knowing people can we understand the passage.
Zhuge Liang employs people. In Knowing People, he described the difficulty of knowing people and the eyesight of employing people, and finally put forward seven ways of employing people: first, ask them right and wrong and observe their aspirations. That is to examine a person's ability and ambition to distinguish right from wrong. Two: the poor can observe their own changes through arguments. That is, ask sharp questions to cross-examine him and see if his views can be improvised. Three: consult knowledge according to strategy. That is, ask him about his plans and strategies and see how knowledgeable he is. Four: talk about the courage to look at it with disaster. Is to tell him about difficulties and disasters and see his courage to overcome them. Five: When you are drunk, watch your sex with wine. That is, to test his character with wine. Six: take advantage, observe cheaply. That is to say, whether he is honest or not is judged by the interests of money. Seven: read the letter on its own merits. That is, entrust him to do things and see how his credit is. Zhuge Liang was cautious all his life. He inspected people from seven aspects: ambition, change, knowledge, courage, sex, honesty and faith, and selected many talents. His way of employing people is worth learning and learning from later generations. Zhuge Liang, the first wise man in ancient China, not only chose to be different, but also had insight in employing people. Although there are times when people are not properly employed, the experience of employing people is still worth learning from leaders at all levels today. 1 Let him see his ambition from the right and wrong, and ask the other person the right and wrong questions to see the characteristics of his ambition and interest. To judge whether a person is worthy of reuse, we must first understand his position and viewpoint. Anyone who is ambiguous and ambiguous about right and wrong must never be entrusted with a heavy responsibility. Because such people are accustomed to have it both ways and uncertain, they are prone to do things that harm the interests of the country and the nation at key occasions and moments. The poor observe their own changes with sweet words, especially the other person's machine change or adaptability. Seeing virtue and talent are two iron laws of employing people since ancient times. There are corrupt officials and mediocre officials in officialdom. Corrupt officials harm the country and mediocre officials spoil their work. In Zhuge Liang's view, adaptability is very important among various intelligence factors. Although they have some achievements, they lack the ability to improvise. Being an official should benefit one party, but if you lack the ability to control complex problems, you can only take care of one thing and lose another. 3 Consultants look at their own knowledge through strategies and examine each other's knowledge. Ask the other person all kinds of questions, let him think about the corresponding strategy, and see if his strategy is far-reaching and original. Throughout the ages, the struggle above the officialdom is inevitable, including not only the intrigue between villains, but also the great conflict and confrontation between good and evil, good and evil. Those officials who have no strategy and are at a loss when something happens, even if they are willing to do good deeds and relieve their worries for their superiors and the people, cannot control the overall situation. Tell them to look at their own courage and examine each other's courage. As the saying goes, the Tao is one foot high and the magic is ten feet high. But there is also a proverb, "Evil triumphs over good". Officials who lack courage, let alone punishing evil and promoting good, can't even protect themselves. How do they face the expectations of fellow villagers? Before reusing a person, Zhuge Liang often creates an artificial adversity to see if the other person has enough courage to win the battle. 5 look honest in person and check whether the other party is honest and clean. What ordinary people want to meet are honest and upright officials, not fatuous and corrupt officials. Look at people not only at critical moments, but also at peacetime. Some officials are unwilling and afraid to be greedy for small money because they think that small money is not worth it in their minds. Such officials are actually very dangerous. Once others bribe a little "big money", it is easy to be dragged down. Facts have proved that people who can't stand the temptation of money can't be honest officials who benefit the country and the people, but will only harm the national interests, the prestige of the government and the feelings of the people. In the sixth issue, we will discuss some things with each other realistically to see if he can keep his word and keep his word. "If you don't keep your word, you don't know what you can do." If a person is not trustworthy, he is not trustworthy. Therefore, it is wise to listen to what he says and observe what he does. Zhuge Liang's six ways of employing people provide us with a valuable employment strategy: employing people must be examined repeatedly in many aspects, appointing honest and kind people and appointing people who do not seek personal gain for themselves. We should learn from Zhuge Liang-not only his wisdom of employing people, but also his ethics of employing people. Zhuge Liang does not consider whether the other party follows his own will or his own will, and does not take his own likes and dislikes as the standard. In other words, the selection of talents should not be based on how he treats himself, but on how he treats the people and the country. On the other hand, if leaders at all levels can't properly handle the employment problem, it may lead to the intervention of corrupt elements, which will lead to the abandonment of the anti-corruption struggle. Personnel corruption is the biggest corruption, which is related to the life and death of the ruling party and the rise and fall of the country. This is my feeling of learning Zhuge Liang's way of employing people.
