(5) Those who have obtained a master's degree or a doctor's degree may apply for a master's degree again, but they can only apply for a master's degree entrusted or at their own expense. Self-taught students and online education students must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before they can apply for the exam. Graduate students need to obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
