Reflections on junior high school track and field technology teaching under the background of new curriculum: As the mother of sports, track and field plays an important role in the history of sports and is also an important teaching content of school sports. This paper puts forward some personal ideas on junior high school track and field technology teaching under the new curriculum, aiming to let more people participate in teaching discussion and improve teaching effect. Accordingly, the content of track and field sports in daily teaching is less and less, and the teaching of track and field sports technology is ignored or even cancelled. The author believes that in the field of physical education, students should be required to learn, master and apply basic track and field knowledge, techniques and skills, form certain professional knowledge of physical education, and lay a good foundation for lifelong physical education. First, the problems existing in the teaching of track and field sports technology at this stage (1) The classroom atmosphere is active, but the basic technical teaching is ignored. Some ideas of the new curriculum reform are purely entertaining and interesting classes, which cater to students' hobbies too much. The classroom atmosphere is active and the interest in practice is improved, but the learning of motor skills is weakened or even ignored. (2) The teaching methods are diverse and novel, but they lack the necessary exercise load.
