What is the peltier effect?
Peltier refers to a physical effect (called Peltier effect or Seebeck effect in Chinese), and the radiator made of Peltier characteristics is Peltier radiator (some people call it semiconductor/ceramic refrigerator).

Peltier refrigerator is composed of two conductive materials with different characteristics. When current passes through them, there will be a temperature difference: one side is hot and the other side is cold.
