Gas-liquid mixing pump
The main working part of the pump is the impeller 1, which has a certain number of blades 2. The impeller is fixed on the shaft 4 and driven to rotate by the shaft. The casing 3 of the pump is a volute-shaped diffusion chamber, and the casing is static; The suction port of the pump is connected with the suction pipe 8, and the discharge port is connected with the discharge pipe 9. Before the centrifugal pump works, the suction pipeline and pump must be filled with the conveyed liquid. When the impeller rotates, the blades stir the liquid in the impeller to rotate, and the liquid gains energy and is thrown out of the impeller. The liquid thrown from the impeller passes through the flow channel of the pump casing, and the diffusion pipe is discharged from the discharge pipe. At the same time, vacuum is generated in the impeller, and the liquid sucked into the liquid level is usually pressed into the impeller through the suction pipeline under the action of atmospheric pressure. Because the impeller rotates continuously and evenly, the liquid is continuously and evenly thrown out and sucked in.
Working principle of gear pump
There are a pair of meshing gears in the pump housing, one is the driving gear and the other is the driven gear, which is driven by the meshing of the driving gear. There is a small gap between the gear and the pump housing. When the gears rotate in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure, the enclosed volume between the gears increases in the left suction cavity where the gear teeth are gradually separated, forming a local vacuum, and the liquid is sucked into the suction cavity under the action of pressure difference. When the gear rotates, the liquid is pushed forward by the gear between the gear and the pump housing in two ways, and is delivered to the right discharge chamber. In the drainage chamber, the two gears gradually mesh, the volume decreases, and the liquid between the gears is squeezed to the drainage port.
Working principle of screw pump
Screw pump is a kind of rotary pump that sucks and discharges liquid through spiral meshing. The rotor of screw pump consists of a driving screw (one, two or three) and a driven screw. The driving screw and the driven screw rotate in opposite directions, and the threads are meshed with each other, so that the fluid enters from the suction port, is pushed forward by the screw shaft, and is pressurized to the discharge port. I hope it helps you.
