Brief introduction of college
The College of Resources and Environment was established in August 2005, based on the soil teaching and research section and the plant nutrition and fertilizer teaching and research section of the former Department of Agriculture. Master's degree is granted to one-level discipline 1 unit, professional master's degree awarding point 1 unit, Shandong key construction discipline 1 unit, and five undergraduate majors. There are more than 687 full-time graduate students and undergraduates/kloc-0, and the postgraduate entrance examination rate and employment rate rank among the top in the whole school year after year.

There are 90 faculty members, including 77 full-time teachers, and the doctor rate of teachers is 93.5%. Among the full-time teachers, there are 9 professors/kloc-0, 35 associate professors, 23 lecturers and 56 tutors for master students. The college has five professional teaching laboratories, including agricultural resources utilization, environmental monitoring, pollution control engineering, ecological engineering, remote sensing and geographic information system, and 2879 sets of experimental instruments and equipment.
