"Quack quack"
On the streets of Vancouver, a group of naive ducklings strolled in the city under the guidance of their mothers. They walked unhurriedly, attracting passers-by to stop and watch. Everyone turned their curious and amazing eyes to ducks and picked up cameras to take pictures.
Where is the duckling? It is also strange to look at this strange place. It is curious to look at the tall buildings standing on both sides and the "small house" with four wheels still moving. They looked around, but they couldn't get enough of it.
Several ducklings saw several black "big holes" on the side of the road and surrounded them. They were amused to hear the sound of running water inside. A duckling jumped excitedly, followed by several ducklings. I didn't expect there was enough water in the sewer to wash the duckling away. The duckling found the danger and immediately asked his mother for help.
"Quack-quack-quack" Mother Duck heard the children's cries and rushed to the sewer. The ducklings are standing in a small clearing in the sewer, and the swift current is about to engulf the only remaining clearing. The ducklings beside the mother duck looked at the bottomless abyss, panicked, lost their hands and feet, and the water began to climb. Soon, the ducklings will be swallowed up, and the dead ducklings. Everyone panicked. What should we do?
At this time, Mother Duck was very calm and thought of the policeman she had just seen in the street. She used her quick wits to take the patrolman to the "accident site" by biting and pulling.
The patrolmen understood and immediately started the rescue operation. Passers-by also kindly lend a helping hand, and everyone quickly fished the ducklings out of the sewer.
The danger was lifted and the ducklings escaped. Mother duck gave everyone a "croak" to show her gratitude. The ducklings slowly recovered from the shock and snuggled up to their mother.
Everyone looked at the duckling and mother duck, and they started waddling on the road again. Everyone looked at the duck and smiled happily.
Mother duck trusted the patrolman, asked for help and saved her baby. We are also happy about this. This story makes us think deeply: animals are our close friends, and we should live in harmony with them and help each other.
