The other alliance is reciprocal, just like the allies or allies in World War I, only Russia can form such an alliance with China, but China can accept Russian military support for China, and China is unwilling to let China send troops to help Russia fight Ukraine and Georgia.

Therefore, at present, China is more willing to concentrate on economic development than to undertake foreign combat tasks unless it is invaded.

So there is no need to form a military alliance.

But political, diplomatic and economic union is necessary. A security alliance to deal with non-traditional threats such as terrorism and religious extremist forces is also necessary.
