In English papers, the document format (Jeremy Munday, 2005:77) should be listed at the end of the document presentation, but how to list this format?
In the paper, (Jeremy Mundy, 2005:77) tells readers that the part quoted now comes from the 77th page of Jeremy Mundy's work in 2005. If so, Jeremy Mundy's paper must be included in the references after the paper. There are several specific formats, and the APA format I know is generally written like this (assuming it is a journal paper):

Munday, J. (2005). XXXXX。 YYYYY,3,70 - 85。

(where XXXXX is the title of the paper, YYYYY is the name of the journal, and the figures at the back indicate that the paper appeared on pages 70-85 of the third issue of the journal in 2005).

But all the names you write are full names, which may not be in APA format, in which case the citation format may not be exactly the same.
