When I first dabbled in this book, what attracted me most was the structure of the whole book. This book selects 2 1 academic papers of the author (Zhong) and compiles them into four series:
The first part is methodology, which discusses the connotation of the history of economic thought, the relationship between the history of economic thought and economic history, the economic logic embodied in the history of economic thought and the pedigree of the history of economic thought.
The second part is the study of the history of China's ancient economic thought, which discusses the traditional thought of rich and poor, the characteristics of legalist economic thought, the research history of economic theory of Guanzi Zhong Qing, the evolution of economic thought in the Western Han Dynasty and the debate of economic policy thought in the Northern Song Dynasty.
The third series is the study of China's economic thought since modern times, involving Liang Qichao, Yan Fu, Hu Shi, Zhang, Gu Zhun and others, and investigating the control economic thought.
The fourth series is the study of the history of western economic thought, including economic thought, important propositions, controversial figures, theoretical evolution, economic theory and times.
