Mobile Internet addiction has become a reason for many schools at present. After students become addicted, they can't live without mobile phones, which can satisfy them to a certain extent, but without them, they will feel lost and unable to live a normal life. And because of playing mobile phone for a long time, I can't concentrate on my studies, and I love to sleep in class. Moreover, such students have not realized the great harm caused by excessive use of mobile phone network to body and mind.
First, the reasons for students' mobile Internet addiction
The main reasons for students' mobile phone addiction are: students' loneliness; Lack of learning ability; Conformity psychology, etc. The following reasons are analyzed respectively:
1. The loneliness of students
Because most children are only children now, some students live in a strong sense of loneliness and are unwilling to communicate with others too much. Moreover, it is easy to cause these students' poor communication skills, unable to effectively resolve their inner loneliness, and perhaps doing nothing with their mobile phones, but it is equivalent to finding a spiritual sustenance for students themselves. Over time, it has caused students to rely on the mobile phone network, and then become addicted, which has greatly affected students' study life and physical and mental health.
2. Lack of learning ability
This is an important factor that causes students' mobile phone internet addiction, because students' lack of learning ability makes them unable to finish their studies with peace of mind. Then we need to do something to kill time. Many students choose to play mobile phones. In turn, it causes dependence on the mobile phone network. If we can turn these students' attention to their studies, the reasons may be solved to some extent.
3. Conformity psychology
Due to the popularity of smart phones at present, almost all students, especially high school students, have a smart phone, which is another major incentive for students' mobile internet addiction. Many students take mobile phones not to contact their families, but to follow the herd mentality. Everyone brings it, and it's embarrassing not to bring it. It's natural to play, so there will be mobile internet addiction over time.
Of course, the inducement of mobile phone internet addiction is far more than these, but like the Internet, mobile phone network is also a double-edged sword. The key is how to use it reasonably. If you use the mobile phone network to find things you don't understand, it's ok, but for most students, their willpower is weak and they can't use it reasonably.
Second, the prevention strategy of mobile Internet addiction
Mobile Internet addiction is a very serious reason, but the prevention and intervention of mobile Internet addiction has not yet formed a certain theoretical research system. Here, let me briefly talk about my experience.
1. Ideological education
For most students who are addicted to mobile phone network, it is not hopeless. At this time, the ideological education of teachers and parents is particularly important. If the mobile phone is directly confiscated and forcibly intervened, it will not only fail to help students quit the internet addiction of mobile phones, but will arouse students' rebellious psychology. Parents and teachers should make students understand that excessive dependence on mobile phones will lead to insufficient sleep and affect their physical and mental health, which can achieve certain results.
2. Stimulate students' interest in learning
Some students are addicted to surfing the Internet by mobile phone, because they don't have enough motivation to study hard, which leads to their lack of interest in learning and a sense of accomplishment in learning. So playing mobile phones has become their main task. If we can mobilize the enthusiasm of these students and divert their attention, they may quit their mobile phone addiction.
3. Psychological counseling
This is an effective way to treat Internet addiction, because the reasons for the formation of Internet addiction on mobile phones are basically the same. Because students are lonely, less confident and need to find self-confidence in the virtual world, psychological counseling can be taken to make students quit mobile Internet addiction. (1) group counseling. With the individual experience of teenagers as the carrier and activities as the intermediary, through well-designed interactive activities, such as role-playing, situational experience, experience sharing, conversation and communication, behavior training and other colorful activities, with psychological guidance, teenagers can perceive their deep internal needs and be satisfied with positive strategies, thus having a positive impact. In the interaction, teenagers can find a sense of belonging and identity, know themselves, know themselves, learn to communicate with others, establish their own good image, good behavior norms and life values, and know their tasks and goals at this stage, so as to better build self-confidence, accept themselves and change themselves, especially to experience their parents' love and understand their parents' hardships, thus generating grateful thoughts. (2) individual counseling. Individual counseling for teenagers with different family backgrounds. A teenager with Internet addiction often has a family for a reason, so we should attach great importance to family therapy while providing individual counseling to teenagers. Parents? Help and encourage parents to pay attention to the psychological needs behind their children's internet dependence behavior, urge their children to improve their family relationships, and let each family member know their respective responsibilities and goals, so as to improve their children's behavior.
Of course, in the face of the increasingly serious reasons of mobile phone internet addiction, it will also attract the attention of more and more experts and scholars. I hope that through * * *, Qi Xin, a classmate, will make concerted efforts to use the mobile phone network rationally and not indulge in it.
