Design can be divided into modeling and color. Let's put modeling aside and talk about color:
In the color composition, many applications of color in design are mentioned, especially some theoretical knowledge. We learned color structure last term. Now I'll tell you as much as I know and give you a few examples.
First of all, the color ring is a circular arrangement of colors, and there is knowledge of adjacent colors, similar colors and complementary colors on the color ring. And we all know that colors are cold and warm, and there are also changes in depth, purity and lightness in color contrast. This knowledge is what we have been using in practical application.
For example, the knowledge of reputation and purity color scale is very important.
Secondly, the distribution of color areas in the picture. The different collocation mentioned just now (that is, hue, purity and reputation) will produce different color feelings in the picture, that is, emotional exercise in the color structure. (In particular, using the proportion of colors and different contrast relationships to arrange them will achieve unexpected results.)
For example, the thoughts and feelings to be conveyed in advertisements are not only our skillful modeling and composition ability. It depends on our ability to accumulate and express colors. It is very important to actively use all kinds of color knowledge to design, and the accumulation of this skill takes a lifetime.
