2. The number of copies or prints of doctoral dissertations should be determined according to the requirements of tutors, peer reviewers, and members of the defense committee. There are 3 copies in the school library, and the number of copies retained by the institute (department, institute, center) and relevant personnel should be determined. Generally, it should be 15-25.
3. All graduate students with master's or doctor's degrees should submit the electronic text completely consistent with the printed version according to the requirements of the library. The file format of electronic text is DOC or PDF file, and the complete electronic text includes cover, copyright notice, Chinese and English abstracts, contents, text, references, appendices, acknowledgements or postscript, original statement of dissertation and authorization statement (please refer to the homepage of Peking University Library-Peking University Remote Submission of Dissertations for specific requirements).
4. Submit printed dissertations marked with the words "Graduate School is classified as confidential", and at the same time, issue a Notice on Determining the Classification and Duration of Confidentiality with the seal of Peking University Security Committee. 5. When graduate students leave school, the electronic version of the thesis must pass the verification before they can go through the formalities of leaving school.
