The dress code for hoodies stipulates that "hoodies are formal clothes worn by degree winners, degree conferers, school (hospital) directors of degree conferring units, and President academic degree evaluation committee (or mentor) when attending dissertation defense meetings, degree conferring ceremonies, honorary doctorate conferring ceremonies, graduation ceremonies and school (hospital) celebrations.

At the degree awarding ceremony, after the degree was awarded, President academic degree evaluation committee (or the director of the school, hospital or institute) moved the right front tassel of the wearer's brim to the middle of the left front and naturally hung down. When you wear a hat and a robe, you can't wear anything but a hat and a robe.
