For example, during my internship, when the second reactor was heated, the previous practice was that the heating boiler could be filled with cold water to start boiling again, and then the reactor was heated with steam. The improvement method is to add cold water to the heating boiler several times after the first reaction kettle is heated to maintain sufficient air pressure. The heating process is optimized, the working efficiency is improved and the working time is reduced. At the same time, I also make full use of the time difference to improve my work efficiency, so that the workflow has been improved a lot and the working time has been reduced by nearly one hour.
