2.Proteus combines advanced principle layout, mixed mode SPICE simulation and PCB.
System features: design and automatic wiring to realize a complete electronic design system.
2.Proteus product line also includes our revolutionary VSM technology and users.
The design based on microcontroller can be combined with all the surrounding electronic devices.
Start simulation. Users can even use real-time devices such as LED/LCD, keyboard,
Dynamic peripheral models such as RS232 terminal are used to simulate the design interactively.
3. At present, the mainstream simulation design softwares include mulstisim, protel, pspice and so on. Their functions are as follows:
Mulstisim mainly simulates analog devices and some discrete devices.
Protel is mainly used to design PCB, and many components can also be used for simulation, but not as easy to learn as those two. Pspice is easy to learn and understand, but the package of components is a little different from the actual pins, so it is easy to simulate.
OrCAD is a set of electronic design automation software for personal computers, which is specially used for electronic engineers to design circuit diagrams and related charts, design printed diagrams for printed circuit boards, and simulate circuits.
4.pspice was not originally a product of OrCAD company, but was later acquired by OrCAD company and integrated into its own OrCAD software. Now all OrCAD versions contain the complete pspice.
Cadence is a world-famous EDA software company. OrCAD acquired OrCAD after acquiring pspice, so the current OrCAD software (including pspice) should belong to Cadence's products.
Now Cadence's EDA products for PCB can be divided into high-end and low-end products.
The high end is Cadence ·SPB, and the low end is Okade. Regardless of the high-end and low-end, the schematic part mainly uses OrCAD schematic software (named Capture). The PCB diagram is different. The high-end cadence SPB is called Allegro, and the low-end OrCAD is now mainly using the simplified version of Allegro.
