Abstract: With the increasingly obvious trend of world economic integration, the relationship between countries and regions is getting closer and closer, and business English plays an increasingly important role in economic organization communication activities. How to effectively use business English to achieve seamless connection between economic organizations has become an urgent problem. Based on the present situation of business English translation, this paper discusses the cultural adaptability in the process of business English translation from the analysis background of corporate culture theory and the characteristics of corporate cultural adaptability, with a view to providing useful reference for business English translation.

An Overview of Business English Translation

In a sense, the essence of economic exchange between countries and regions is the interaction, exchange and contact between national culture and regional culture. In the process of interaction between different cultures, the primary problem is to weaken and eliminate cultural barriers and realize cultural communication and exchange. As an effective tool for economic and business communication between countries and regions, English has the characteristics of diverse forms of existence and expressions, which not only reflects the cultural differences between countries and regions, but also affects the accuracy of business English translation. Therefore, business English translation must pay attention to the cultural differences between foreign enterprises and domestic enterprises.

As a social existence, cultural environment is an organic dynamic field in which cultures of different regions, industries, characteristics and properties are intertwined and actively infiltrated. In particular, cultural traditions have a strong influence and radiation, which will have an impact on many aspects of social life, and business English translation is no exception. Corporate culture is a historical product formed in the long-term development and evolution of enterprises, a reflection of social culture in the practice of enterprise organization and management, and a re-examination of the relationship between organizational culture value, business philosophy, management process and future business performance by western management theory after experiencing the assumptions of "economic man", "social man", "self-fulfilling man" and "complex man". Corporate culture permeates and overflows all activities of the enterprise, which is not only the gene and soul of the enterprise organization, but also the potential driving force and important guarantee for the sustainable development of the enterprise. It is not only the dialectical unity of system and non-system, absoluteness and relativity, but also the organic combination of criticism and inheritance, stability and dynamics. Cultural adaptation in business English translation should pay attention to and grasp the following three aspects:

Attach importance to the external environment of business English translation

Pay attention to the latest achievements of foreign corporate culture and give full consideration to the external environment of business English translation. With the deepening of China's enterprise reform, the acceleration of the domestic market economy process and the promotion of economic globalization, the exchange and infiltration of eastern and western cultures has become an irreversible historical trend, and learning the advanced enterprise culture of market economy countries has gradually become an important way to cultivate and innovate China's enterprise culture. However, based on the analysis of reality, in the process of business English translation, the key issues such as how to learn from, absorb and internalize the cultural achievements of foreign advanced enterprises have not been clearly described and scientifically clarified theoretically and academically. At present, in the process of business English translation, the shortcomings of foreign advanced corporate culture are treated more or less lightly or seriously:

Limited and satisfied with the introduction and translation, but neglected the translation of business English according to the special cultural background and characteristics of local society, as well as the absorption, revision and creative application of foreign advanced corporate culture.

Ignoring cultural inventory means ignoring the constraints of foreign advanced corporate culture, ignoring the differences between local culture and local culture and the same-sex analysis, failing to grasp its context from the perspective of methodology in the process of business English translation, and lacking in-depth cultural perspective on the cultural achievements of foreign advanced enterprises.

Without an accurate understanding of the uniqueness of China's local culture and a systematic and scientific analysis, various means, ideas, ways and modes of business English translation are directly derived from foreign advanced corporate cultures in an attempt to complete business English translation in a short time. Practice has proved that simply considering foreign corporate culture will not produce English translation theory and practical operation mode for business communication with domestic enterprises, nor will it promote the sustained, in-depth and effective development of business activities of domestic enterprises. On the contrary, it will bring great obstacles to the effective development of business exchanges and activities of enterprises, and cause great damage to their survival, development and competitiveness. In fact, in the process of business English translation, a very important but often overlooked link is cultural adaptability. Of course, the view of cultural adaptability is by no means denying the mutual reference between different business English translations. However, foreign advanced corporate culture can't penetrate into business English translation intact, and business English translation must pay attention to cultural adaptability. Studies by many experts and scholars at home and abroad show that there are many differences between eastern and western management cultures, each with its own merits, so it is difficult to find an objective and effective translation standard for business English. Some phenomena and problems in the process of business English translation are essentially caused by the internal coupling and essential differences of corporate cultures at home and abroad. Therefore, in the process of business English translation of enterprises in China, we must pay attention to cultural adaptability, cross-cultural comparative study, and reflect the cultural characteristics of foreign enterprises, so as to better cultivate business English translation of enterprises to achieve substantive changes and historic leaps in business innovation practice. This paper holds that the first premise of business English translation should be to pay attention to the internal coupling and essential differences of corporate cultures at home and abroad, and effectively reflect the cultural adaptability of corporate business activities at home and abroad.

Constructing the internal environment of business English translation in an all-round way

Cultural adaptability is the key factor to make a substantial breakthrough in business English translation, which shows that business English translation should conform to China's traditional cultural values. Business English translation is a means to reflect the subculture of enterprises and a projection of social macro-culture in enterprises, so business English translation must reflect social macro-culture. Therefore, the cultural basis of business English translation in China should be the excellent traditional culture of China. China's 5,000-year history and culture is the primitive culture of human beings, accumulated in the historical process of continuous collision, reference and integration with various cultures, ideas and concepts, and the crystallization and representation of the wisdom of the Chinese nation. Confucianists' thoughts of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith, Taoism's thoughts of "harmony between man and nature", Taoism's consciousness of seeking truth, "inaction" management consciousness and "creating something out of nothing", and Sun Tzu's thought of "five things and seven plans" led by Taoism are undoubtedly important cornerstones for cultivating and constructing business English translation theory.

For a long time, China's business English translation theory lacks China characteristics. The main reason is that the essence of China traditional culture has not been used for reference and applied to business English translation theory. Practice shows that only by establishing business English translation with China traditional cultural characteristics rooted in the realistic soil can the development of enterprises have sustainable motivation and development endurance. For example, Haier's "Forever Sincerity" embodies the continuation of traditional virtues, loyalty, respect for people and affinity between people in corporate culture. It is precisely because Haier regards traditional culture as an important factor and an important part in the process of business English translation, from disorder to order, from order to system, from system to height, from height to extension, which makes many competitors far behind.

To sum up, business English translation should be discussed in the context of China traditional culture. This paper studies the relationship between business English translation and China traditional culture and contemporary social culture, as well as the relationship between business English translation and enterprise management, enterprise environment, enterprise development and enterprise innovation. This paper puts forward a theoretical system and model of business English translation with China characteristics, and strengthens the empirical research on the application, measurement, evaluation, diagnosis and tracking of business English translation theory, thus forming a unique management model of business English translation and promoting the seamless connection between economic organizations.
