Focusing on promoting standardized management and enhancing operational effectiveness, on the basis of improving the attendance system and clarifying the scope of responsibilities, all communities insist on replacing training with meetings, focusing on morning meetings, evening meetings, weekly meetings and monthly evaluation meetings, and make efforts to strengthen the horizontal work exchanges of grid workers, promote familiarity with relevant policies and work processes as soon as possible, and help analyze and solve problems encountered in practical work. At present, the grid staff of the jurisdiction 162 carry out inspections in the community every day, grasp the social information at the first time, understand the demands of the masses, participate in the comprehensive management of the community, labor security, civil affairs services, family planning and other aspects, and effectively play their respective roles.
