On the reform of automobile insurance system and its influence
Abstract: With the increase of private cars, automobile insurance is becoming more and more prosperous. Cars are considered as indispensable means of transportation in modern life. Although it has brought great convenience to the economy, the problems of life casualties and economic losses caused by automobile traffic accidents can not be ignored. In this regard, in order to ensure the loss of car owners in traffic accidents, the state has issued a series of policies to safeguard the legitimate interests of consumers. Therefore, if the car has an accident, it is necessary to go to the insurance company to claim compensation and recover the loss of the owner. Of course, before making a claim, we should investigate the authenticity of the accident on the spot, then determine the damaged part of the car through the loss adjuster and give the required maintenance cost, and finally go to the insurance company to make a claim.
