2 research status
(1) In terms of mental health research, foreign research on students' mental health focuses on a large number of psychological problems such as anxiety and depression, and only reveals the main manifestations and prevalence of students' psychological problems, as well as the standards and evaluation tools of mental health. Most domestic studies have found mental health problems from college students' ideological trends, emotions, personality, academic performance and interpersonal communication, and pointed out that colleges and universities must strengthen the research on mental health education if they want to set up mental health education courses. This paper analyzes the situation of physical education class and physical exercise, and provides some suggestions. 3 lack of research
(1) Observing the previous related studies, most of them unilaterally studied the physical condition or mental health of college students, and found that there were problems in college students' physical decline and mental health. (2) The study of physical fitness basically depends on the results of physical fitness tests, without comprehensive consideration of students' genetic factors, nutrition and health status, health cognition and health behavior, leisure activities and so on. (3) Research on the relationship between physique and mental health. Most of the research is to study the physical quality first, and then study the mental health status of students with different physical quality levels, and find out the relationship between them. Students' physical fitness and mental health are closely related, and students with excellent physical fitness are in good mental health.
Four suggestions
(1) When studying the physique level of college students, we should first consider the influence of students' genetic factors. Some students are born with diseases, seldom participate in sports activities, and their physical fitness level is definitely poor. Secondly, it is necessary to comprehensively study students' physique from the aspects of students' nutritional status, health cognition and health behavior, extracurricular physical exercise, leisure activities and living environment, and the research effect will be better. (2) After studying the close relationship between college students' mental health level and physique, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for college students' physique and mental health education from the aspects of health cognition and health behavior, extracurricular physical exercise and leisure activities, so as to organically combine physical education with mental health education, improve college students' physical and mental health level, truly cultivate college students with physical and mental health, and play a role in the sustainable development of society.
