Practice teaching is the key to effectively improve the quality of talent training in distance open education, which is helpful for teachers to cultivate students' comprehensive quality and practical ability. Business administration major is a practical major, and the reform of its time teaching mode should be the primary problem at present. This paper analyzes the teaching of business administration major in distance open education of grass-roots TV universities, and puts forward a practical case teaching method, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the sustainable development of distance open education of grass-roots TV universities in China.

With the rapid development of social economy, China's education reform is also deepening, focusing on modern distance open education, which is also an important part of distance open education teaching in grass-roots TV universities in China. The sustainable development of national economy is inseparable from the comprehensive quality of talents from all walks of life, which restricts the sustainable development of the whole country. In the development of modern society, the case teaching in the teaching of business administration major in distance open education of RTVU has gradually matured, but its teaching methods and effects are still lack of corresponding empirical research. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the sustainable development of distance open education in China to analyze the case teaching of business administration major in distance open education of grass-roots TV universities and put forward practical teaching methods.

First, the importance of case teaching method to the teaching of business administration major

Case teaching method emphasizes all kinds of teaching activities based on cases, and the introduction of various case teaching methods makes education in trouble, especially the lack of specific treatment methods. However, this method emphasizes that teachers are the designers and motivators of teaching, thus actively encouraging students to participate in various discussions, which is different from traditional teaching methods. Teaching activities should be based on knowledgeable teachers, who must impart all kinds of knowledge. Thirdly, enterprise management talents have become an important demand for the development of the whole society. Under the international environment, enterprise management talents should have solid professional knowledge, strong practical ability and high comprehensive quality. At this point, major universities have also set up business administration disciplines to train more business administration talents. However, as far as the overall level of business management talents in China is concerned, many graduates simply cannot meet the needs of the development of modern society. At this time, the education and teaching methods of major universities should be improved accordingly, which also shows that case teaching method has great practical significance for the teaching of business administration major in distance open education of grass-roots TV universities.

Second, the problems existing in the teaching of business administration major in distance open education of grass-roots RTVU

1. Teachers failed to deeply understand the importance of case teaching method.

In the process of distance open education in many grass-roots TV universities in China, most teachers simply explain their own relevant theories, and then cite corresponding cases for analysis, and then guide students to gradually understand the significance of their own theories. Although this teaching method can be said to be case teaching, it fails to break the limitations of traditional teaching methods. Teachers still talk, students listen, and then guide students to understand theoretical knowledge, which can not effectively cultivate students' independent learning and analysis ability, and students' independent problem-solving ability is also reduced. It can also be said that this teaching method is a simple example.

2. Teachers lack practical teaching experience.

The development of case teaching has extremely high requirements for teachers. This teaching method emphasizes that teachers should have higher professional theoretical level, practical experience and analytical ability, thus guiding students to carry out various research and practical operations. Many grass-roots RTVU's distance open teaching has not been implemented for a long time, but many teachers have not received the training of case teaching. At this time, their practical teaching experience is obviously insufficient, and many times they can't effectively guide students to explore and learn independently, so that students can't really master all aspects of case teaching, which leads to the actual effect of case teaching being lower than expected.

3. Students lack learning initiative

As far as the specific situation of case teaching in China is concerned, its teaching effectiveness is low, and many students are not serious about it and are unwilling to actively participate in various case teaching activities. In the teaching of distance open education in grass-roots TV universities, many students only study for diplomas, and their overall enthusiasm is low. Moreover, the sustainable development of education in China is restricted by traditional teaching methods, and students generally do not adapt to the case teaching method. In many cases, they can't closely analyze the case, let alone analyze and deal with various problems as practitioners.

Third, the case teaching countermeasures of business administration major in distance education of grass-roots TV universities

1. Strengthen the change of teachers' teaching concept

Teachers should change their teaching concepts as soon as possible and use new teaching concepts for case teaching to ensure the reasonable improvement of the quality and level of this teaching method. Case teaching method emphasizes that students gain more practical experience, and mainly emphasizes the whole learning process, which also shows that the completion of this teaching activity should be independent analysis and discussion of students, and finally summed up into their own speeches. Teachers should carry out case teaching with students as the main body, actively guide students to learn independently in this process, let students explore and discuss independently, and enable them to deal with various problems independently.

2. Strengthen the improvement of teachers' professional ability.

We should focus on improving teachers' professional level and case teaching ability, and pay attention to cultivating teachers' case teaching methods and skills. The education and teaching of students majoring in business administration should pay more attention to the improvement of learning strategies and learning ability, and at the same time continuously improve teachers' practical experience in business administration. Only when teachers have more professional practical experience can they better guide students' learning and provide them with scientific and appropriate suggestions to assist them in their learning. Teachers of grass-roots RTVU should actively participate in various business enterprise management practices, and make use of their holiday time to conduct research on major enterprises, so as to quickly improve their understanding of enterprise management issues and provide students with a higher level of case analysis.

3. Enhance students' enthusiasm for learning

Teachers should explore various appropriate methods, arouse students' learning enthusiasm and guide students to participate in various case studies, which is also the key to improve the effectiveness of case teaching method. Teachers can use relevant methods to encourage students to learn. For example, teachers can effectively combine students' study and work, or analyze the problems encountered by students at work as cases. Students usually feel that such cases are of great help to their daily work, so as to participate in case study more actively. Thirdly, students' attitude towards learning cases and the combination of their research results and students' final assessment results will also put pressure on students' learning. In addition, teachers should be good at using online teaching, so as to better deal with problems and contradictions among students, which can also better stimulate students' interest in learning.

Four. Concluding remarks

The rapid development of social economy has promoted the further deepening of China's educational reform, and teaching has paid more attention to the quality and level of modern distance open education, which is also an important content in the distance open education teaching of grass-roots TV universities in China. This paper briefly introduces the importance of case teaching method to the teaching of business administration major, comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of business administration major in the distance open education of grass-roots TV universities, and puts forward the case teaching strategy suitable for the distance education of business administration major in grass-roots TV universities, so as to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the sustainable development of distance education in grass-roots TV universities in China.
