This paper was submitted in the Yearbook of Physics, and there was no peer review paper at that time. In addition, Einstein didn't quote any literature, but at the end of the paper, he mentioned his gratitude to Bezo for discussing with him in the past.

Einstein mentioned in his later review that his thoughts on special relativity mainly came from the incompatibility between Maxwell's equation and Newtonian mechanics, and the characteristic that the speed of light in the equation was always constant. Although I was aware of the negative conclusion of the mcpherson-Morey experiment, I didn't pay attention to it. The Lorentz transformation in this paper is derived by ourselves, without reference to Hendrick Lorenz's paper.
