The writing of graduation thesis (design) is one of the most important practical teaching links for students at school, an important means to cultivate students' comprehensive application of knowledge and skills and exercise their innovative ability, and one of the important achievements of students' university study. In order to further standardize the writing of undergraduate (junior college) students' graduation thesis (design), the revised "Requirements and Specifications for Graduation Thesis" is hereby issued to you, and all departments are requested to convey it to the instructor, and the instructor is requested to ask students to write graduation thesis according to these requirements and specifications, so as to improve the quality of the thesis.

First, the topic selection requirements

1, in line with the professional training objectives. Require the use of theoretical knowledge and professional skills to study related issues.

2. The topic selection is effective and forward-looking. It is required to study practical problems according to the actual situation and development trend of modern social economy, politics, rule of law, culture and science and technology.

Second, the design content and requirements

The graduation thesis design should include the following aspects:

(2) Title

The number of words in the graduation thesis (design) topic shall not exceed 20 Chinese characters. If the topic is too long, there may be a topic and a subtitle. The theme is in bold type No.3, centered and separated by one line from the word "abstract" below.

(3) Chinese and foreign abstracts (Chinese comes first, foreign languages come last) and keywords.

It is a brief statement of the content of the paper, which should reflect the main information of the paper as much as possible, including the research purpose, methods, achievements and conclusions, without charts and notes, and has independence and integrity. Chinese abstracts are generally 500-800 words, and the contents of foreign abstracts should be completely consistent with Chinese abstracts. The font of foreign language abstracts is Times New Roman.

The word "abstract" is in bold type No.3, and the two words are between "abstract" and "important" and centered.

Keywords are nouns that reflect the theme of graduation thesis (design) and are used for retrieval. Subject entries should be general technical vocabulary, and self-made keywords are not allowed. Generally, there are 3-5 keywords, which cannot be written as keywords. They are arranged from macro to micro according to the meaning and logical order of the items.

Keywords are ranked below the abstract text. Its format: Keywords: the financing mode of the rise of the central capital market?

(4) content

The table of contents should be consistent with the subject sequence of the text, written step by step, and the level is clear.

The word "directory" is in bold type No.3, and there are two characters between "purpose" and "record", which are in the middle.

(5) Text

The main body of the paper includes: introduction (or preface, preface), the main body of the paper and conclusion.

The introduction is a comprehensive review of predecessors' work, explaining the purpose and significance of the topic selection, literature review at home and abroad, and the content of the paper to be studied. This part of the content is necessary, but whether the word introduction needs to be specified is decided by the author and guided by the tutor.

The main body of the paper is the main part of the paper. The requirements are clear, concise, fluent and focused. The conclusion is the summary of the whole paper, which should explain the work of the paper in concise words, or explain the conclusive problems that the author thinks need to be emphasized most, generally not more than one page.

Words in the text: no less than 10000 words for undergraduate graduation thesis and no less than 7000 words for junior college graduation thesis.

(6) Precautions

When quoting other people's opinions, original words and main data, the source must be indicated. If there is anything that needs to be explained, it can be supplemented. Cited works should indicate: author, name of works, publishing unit, year of publication, page number; The information quoted from publications shall be marked with: author, article title, published publication name, publication year number and issue number. And use all endnotes.

7. References

In order to reflect the scientific basis of the paper and the author's serious attitude of respecting other people's research results, and provide readers with the source of relevant information, the main references should generally be published after the text. The list is limited to the most important documents read by the author personally and published in public publications or downloaded from the Internet. References should be numbered at the beginning of each line and placed in the upper right corner of the cited part, such as ***** 1. The works in the bibliography are arranged in the order cited in the paper, and the description format of the works is as follows: serial number? Author? Title (periodical)? Place and date of publication: publishing house.

Number of references: three or more works are required for undergraduate graduation thesis, 10 or more papers; University graduation thesis requires more than two works and more than eight papers. The contents of the references should be on a new page, and the font of the references should be No.3 bold and centered, and the references should be classified, such as works, papers, websites, etc.

(8) Speech of thanks (selected according to the author's wishes)

Thanks to the tutors and the units and individuals who gave guidance or assisted in completing the graduation thesis (design). Words should be simple and realistic, and avoid grandiose and vulgar words. The thank-you note can also be written as a postscript. The content of the thank-you note should start on a new page, with the number three in bold and centered. If it is written as "postscript", the space between the word "Hou" and the word "Ji" should be in bold type No.3 and centered.

Third, writing norms.

The Chinese characters in the paper must use the standardized words published by the state, and all the words are clear and cannot be altered.

Format is an editing method to ensure clear structure and sharp outline of articles. When writing a graduation thesis, you can choose one of the formats, but the format used must conform to the above table and be consistent, and mixing is not allowed. In addition to the order level, the format should also include segmentation, line spacing, font and font size.

The preface and title of the first level (chapter) are placed in the center, and the preface and title of other levels (sections, articles and paragraphs) are arranged along the left side of the page from the top grid. The preface and title of the first level (chapter) are double-spaced from the bottom. Shorten two words after the beginning of the paragraph. ?

The preface and title of the first level (chapter) are in bold type No.3, and a dot or pause can be added between the preface and title, the same below.

The preface and title of the second floor (section) are in bold type 4.

The preface and title of the third floor (section) are in bold type 4.

The preface and title of level 4 and below should be in small four bold type.

(3) Form

The tables of the paper can be arranged in a unified way (such as table 15) or separately chapter by chapter (such as table 2.5), which should be consistent with the arrangement of illustrations and formulas. The list order must be continuous and cannot be repeated or skipped.

The structure of the table should be concise.

All columns in the form should indicate the quantity and corresponding units. The numbers in the table must be aligned up and down. When the numbers in adjacent columns are the same, similar words such as "same as above" and "same to the left" cannot be used, and should be re-labeled one by one.

Preface and topic are placed in the middle position above the table, and the preface without topic is placed in the upper left or upper right of the table (the position of the same paper should be consistent).

(4) Figure

You should choose illustrations. The sequence of drawings can be compiled continuously (as shown in Figure 52) or separately chapter by chapter (as shown in Figure 6.8). Which method should be adopted, the order of tables and formulas should be consistent, and the order of drawing must be continuous, without repetition and jumping. When there is only one drawing, add the word "attached drawing" before the title of the drawing. The illustrations and words in graduation thesis (design) should be printed, and when they can't be printed, they should be drawn with strokes and marked.

(5) Formula

Formulas that are important or must be mentioned later in the paper should be marked with serial numbers and put in brackets. The serial numbers should be arranged in Arabic numerals (such as (45)) or chapter by chapter (such as (6. 10)), and the serial numbers should be arranged on the right side of the page with the same distance from the right side. There is no dotted line between the recipe and the serial number.

(vi) Use of figures

The centuries, years, years, months, days and hours of the Gregorian calendar, as well as various counts and measurements, all use Arabic numerals. The year cannot be abbreviated, for example, 1999 cannot be written as 99 years. The significant figures of numerical values should be written completely.

7. Software

The software flow chart and the original program list should be attached to the paper according to the software document format, and special circumstances can be displayed in the defense, not attached to the paper.

Four, graduation thesis (design) printing requirements

Print five graduation papers on A4 paper. The width of the paper is 2 1cm, the height is 29.7cm, and the characters are in Song-style Xiao Si characters, with the line spacing of 18 lbs. The margins of the layout are 2.5cm, the bottom and left sides are 2.5cm, and the right side is 2cm. Left binding, binding line 0cm.
