1. First, find the required medical specimen picture and insert the picture in PPT. You can select the Picture command in the Insert tab and select the picture to be inserted in the pop-up dialog box.

2. Then add comments to the inserted picture, which can be added by tools such as lines, arrows, rectangles and circles in the shape toolbar.

3. Finally, the whole PPT can be beautified, including choosing the appropriate background, font and color matching, so as to make the whole PPT more beautiful and professional.
