Shaoshan 7c electric locomotive accident
On the morning of September 3rd, 2000, Shaoshan 7C 0032 locomotive of Lanzhou Locomotive Depot in lanzhou railway administration was towing the 503 express passenger train from Zhengzhou to Xining via Longhai Railway. At 6: 06 in the morning, when the train was running in Boyang Town, Tianshui City, Gansu Province, at K 1376+760 between Tanwei and Boyang on the Longhai Line, the railway and the train were buried due to the sudden collapse of the mountain on the right side of the line. The landslide area is about 30,000 square meters, and the earthwork volume is about 25,000 square meters. The locomotive derailed from the first baggage car and the second hard-seat car behind it. The accident caused the locomotive crew and some passengers to be injured, the electric locomotive was damaged in a large area, and the traffic was interrupted for 45 hours and 34 minutes, which constituted a major traffic accident.

At 4 o'clock on July 18, 2004, the Chongqing-Hangzhou 1326 passenger train (composed of 19 cars, with a total weight of 1 050 t and a length of 45.4) was pulled to Line Jialao by the locomotive SS7C0 139 in Huaihua Locomotive Depot. The locomotive and baggage car were slightly damaged, and the upward traffic was interrupted for 3 h 59 min. It constitutes a major accident of passenger train derailment.

165438+June 5438+20071at 0: 40 on October 4, 2007, the No.0050 locomotive of Shaoshan type 7C in Lanzhou West Locomotive Depot, lanzhou railway administration pulled the K228 passenger train from Lanzhou to Guangzhou, and it ran to the place from Mianchi of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau to K749+750 of Yima on Longhai Railway. After inspection, it was found that the right wheel of the front axle of the locomotive derailed and the left wheel cracked, which constituted a dangerous accident of passenger train derailment. After detailed investigation, it was found that the wheel was illegally repaired by Datong Electric Locomotive Factory in 2005, resulting in coarse columnar crystals, widmanstatten structure and welding cracks in the repaired area, and the welding area was the maximum stress area of the spoke plate. After a long period of metal fatigue, the wheel finally cracked, so the accident was mainly handled by Datong Locomotive Works of CNR Group. However, due to insufficient flaw detection and reinspection in Lanzhou West Locomotive Depot, it has been impossible to find hidden dangers. Therefore, lanzhou railway administration Lanzhou West Locomotive Depot was given the same principal responsibility, and the relevant leaders of the locomotive depot were dismissed.

At 8: 00 a.m. on July 26th, 2009 15, Shaoshan 7C locomotive No.0026 in Lanzhou West Locomotive Depot, lanzhou railway administration was towing the 1043 passenger train from Xi 'an to Urumqi via Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway. When the train traveled to Wushaoling extra-long tunnel between Dachaigou and Longgou, the transformer of the locomotive owner suddenly caught fire. After emergency treatment by the railway and fire departments, 1700 passengers left the tunnel on foot, the locomotive fire was put out, no casualties were caused, and the railway traffic was once interrupted. After investigation, the fire was caused by the oil leakage from the main transformer oil tank, and CSR Chengdu Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., the locomotive overhaul factory, was mainly responsible. Locomotive 0026 is also the first Shaoshan 7C locomotive lightly repaired by Chengdu Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., and the trial repair was completed in February 2007.
