Ingredients: low-gluten flour 90g, egg 1, yogurt/formula milk 60g, corn oil 20g, yam 30g, baking powder 2g, sugar 10g (which can be omitted), and blueberry.

Exercise:

1.? Stir eggs, milk, oil, diced yam, flour, baking powder and sugar evenly, put them in paper bags, squeeze them into molds and add blueberries.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake the middle layer for about 10 minutes.

Tip: Send whole eggs without baking powder.
