Third, the role of small papers is only endorsement! Many foreign universities do not require small papers. After the big thesis reaches a certain level, it can be awarded a doctorate! Since the introduction of "Five Not Only" in China, many schools, such as Tsinghua, have cancelled the requirement for the number of small papers!

What is the purpose of sending a small paper? This is a green book! Therefore, submitting to a foreign city and passing through a foreign city are two concepts, and passing through a foreign city and graduating smoothly are two concepts! The key to deciding whether you can be awarded a doctorate is to answer questions, and Wainan only does it for defense and endorsement! I still hope I can handle my own affairs.
