Qin Xiaoping, Bachelor of Clinical Medicine, Master of Pathogenic Biology. Currently, he is the director of infection management department of Beijing Friendship Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, the editor of China Journal of General Practice, and a member of Beijing Xuanwu District Political Consultative Conference of the Agricultural Workers' Democratic Party. Over the years, he has published dozens of clinical and management academic papers. In the fight against SARS in 2003, he was awarded the title of advanced individual in the fight against SARS by the Central Committee of the Agricultural Workers' Party, the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee and the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau.
