Later, Medhurst, a British translator, developed and put forward the theory that Yin people traveled eastward to America. He pointed out that during the attack of the King of Wu, the Yin people may have fled across the sea, met with a storm on the way and were blown to America. In "The First Civilization in America" published by 1968, American scholar Michael Mi suggested that the Olmec civilization unearthed in Lavanta appeared in history, which was close to the time of the great storm recorded in China's ancient literature, and the Olmec civilization probably came from Shang Dynasty. In a paper "San Lorenzo and Olmec Civilization" published in 1967, Michael Mi pointed out that Olmec civilization in Lavanta had a great influence on Shang Dynasty.
Later, after the "Three Prisons Rebellion" launched by Dr. Xu Hui's younger brother, Uncle Cai and Uncle Huo failed at the beginning of the week, his son Wu Geng (according to historical records) and other members of the royal family fled to the American continent, leaving behind cultural relics. He believes that Olmec civilization, the mother of American civilization, is closely related to China's business culture. After this opinion came out, Xinhua News Agency and other news media reported it extensively, which aroused widespread concern at home and abroad.
In China, Luo Zhenyu and Wang Guowei, masters of traditional Chinese studies, first proposed the possibility of Yin people going east to America. Later, Guo Moruo also thought that the Yin people traveled eastward to America.
In recent years, the Origins of Olmec Civilization by Professor Xu Hui of Oklahoma Central State University and American Totem by Wang Dayou, a China scholar, have further clarified the basis of the theory of Yin people's eastward crossing to America.
1. The Shang Dynasty was the bronze age in China, and a bronze man's head was unearthed in Mexico, which looks very similar to that of China.
2. Olmec's Yugui is engraved with figures similar to those of Oracle Bone Inscriptions, and Wang Dayou and Xu Hui interpreted some Olmec figures according to Oracle Bone Inscriptions.
Olmec people love jade as much as China people.
4. The tiger head pattern on Olmec jade is strikingly similar to that on Shang jade.
Some foreign scholars have noticed the similarities between ancient American Indian culture and commercial hidden culture. Venezuelan scholar antonio moreno Viafranca believes that the pre-Olmec and Olmec culture in America were the result of a group of China immigrants who migrated eastward from the Yellow River basin and landed in America across the Pacific Ocean around 1400 BC (China Shang Dynasty), thus spreading their highly developed culture in America. Moreno believes that these immigrants to the United States come from countries with irrigated agriculture, theocracy and rich astronomical knowledge. Some characteristics of American Indian culture are related to the cultural influence of the Yellow River valley in China, and its characteristic is making bronzes.
Another scholar named Medhurst, when translating Classic in 1846, quoted the fact that the Zhou Dynasty was cut down in 1000 years BC, and mentioned that there might be a large number of Shang and Yin people fleeing to sea. The escaped prisoner was caught in a storm on the way and drifted to America.
Other foreign scholars are more specific. 1968, the scholar Michael Coe pointed out in "Sanlorenzo and Olmec Civilization" that the fugitives of the Yin Dynasty must have established their own capital in Lavanta after living in Sanlorenzo for several years, because business culture has a strong influence here.
