In order to cultivate the growth of jade carving talents, encourage outstanding jade carving talents to keep forging ahead and promote the development of jade carving culture with the characteristics of the times. According to the articles of association of China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association, the working rules of Jade Branch of China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association and the actual situation of China jade industry, China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association has carried out the evaluation and management of "China Jade Carver" and formulated the Implementation Measures for the Evaluation and Management of the Honorary Title of China Jade Carver.

Article 1 "China jade carving master" is the honorary title of technology and artistic morality of jade carving and stone carving industry in China.

Article 2 The evaluation scope of "China jade carving master" is professionals engaged in jade carving skills nationwide.

Article 3 China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association is the evaluation institution for the honorary title of "China Jade Carver". China jade carving master Evaluation Committee (hereinafter referred to as "Evaluation Committee") composed of relevant personnel selected by China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association is responsible for the evaluation of "China jade carving master".

Article 4 An applicant for honorary title must meet the following conditions:

(a) love the motherland, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and have a good professional ethics;

(two) engaged in the professional work of jade carving for more than ten years, and at the same time have the ability of carving creation, design and production, with a distinctive artistic style, and the works have unique artistry. For those who have outstanding talents, the requirements for working years can be relaxed and exceptional evaluation can be made;

(three) the applicant has a high reputation and influence in the industry, and his works enjoy a high reputation at home and abroad, and he has won many awards in influential exhibitions or industry competitions at home and abroad.

Article 5 Recommendation and self-recommendation procedures (you can choose one of the following three ways)

(a) by the national provincial (city) level jewelry industry association (Chamber of Commerce) and other industry organizations to recommend the candidate for the honorary title of "China jade carving master", and issue a letter of recommendation and personal application materials of the recommended person.

(2) Personal recommendation should provide recommendation opinions and application materials from provincial (city) jewelry industry associations (chambers of commerce) and other industry organizations.

(3) Personal recommendation can also be issued by two national jade carving masters (China Master of Arts and Crafts or China jade carving master) and provide personal application materials.

Article 6 Evaluation procedures

(a) submit personal application materials and recommendations;

(2) Candidates shall be determined and publicized by the bid evaluation committee;

(3) According to the feedback from the publicity, the jury finally determined the winner of the honorary title of "China Jade Carver" and announced it.

Article 7 Evaluation Methods

(a) the application materials submitted by the applicant:

(1) China jade carving master honorary title declaration form.

(2) Personal achievements, achievement materials, academic qualifications, professional titles and copies of award-winning certificates;

(3) Research papers on skills in this industry;

(4) Five photos reflecting the applicant's highest technical level, each of which is not less than 5 inches (commonly known as 5-inch photos), and bound into A4 specification (specification 2 1X29.6, that is, the size of ordinary stationery);

⑤ Letter of recommendation from the Jewelry Association (Chamber of Commerce) of the province (city) where the applicant is located or two national jade carving masters.

(2) The materials submitted by the applicant shall be reviewed by the review committee to determine the candidate, and the publicity time shall be 15 days.

(3) After comprehensive feedback, the winner of the honorary title of "China jade carving master" will be finally evaluated and announced by the evaluation committee.

(4) The judging organization will issue honorary certificates to the winners of the honorary title of "China jade carving master".

Article 8 In order to respect talents and give full play to their exemplary role, it is suggested that the unit where the winner of the honorary title of "China jade carving master" works shall, according to the situation of the unit, implement post subsidies for masters.

Article 9 "China jade carving master" is the honorary title of employees. Anyone who forges deeds or steals others' achievements to defraud the honorary title may revoke his honorary title and withdraw his honorary certificate after verification by the judging committee and approval by China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association.

Tenth China jade carving master honorary title of personnel in violation of national laws, regulations and professional ethics, damage the honor of China jade carving master, revoke its honorary certificate, stop all the benefits enjoyed by the honorary title, and publicity through the media.

Eleventh "China jade carving master" will be held every two years in principle.

Twelfth in order to promote the winners of the honorary title of "China jade carving master" to make continuous progress and innovation on the basis of existing achievements, "China jade carving master" is registered every two years, starting from the third year after receiving the honorary title.

Inform and urge the winners of the honorary title who do not participate in the registration for no reason, and cancel and publicize those who still do not participate in the registration after the deadline.

Thirteenth these Measures shall be interpreted by the China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be revised and supplemented by China Jewelry and Jade Jewelry Industry Association on the basis of soliciting opinions from all parties.
