Uses: powder coating, ink, plastic masterbatch, printing, imitation gold paper, imitation gold card, gold film, textiles, but it will be oxidized and blackened when used in water-based paints and paints with acid and alkali. It is not recommended to be used in situations where acid and alkali resistance and rainwater combination are needed.
2. Ultrafine silver powder: 1. Ultrafine floating silver has a large surface area. When it is exposed to air, it can quickly form a passivation protective film on its surface, that is, it is oxidized to black. Sealing measures should be taken. It is not recommended to use floating silver when alkali resistance is required. If necessary, consider silver pearl powder. 2. There are some differences between batches of silver powder, which are greatly influenced by technology and spraying. In addition to keeping the production process as stable as possible, it should also be tested before production to avoid expanding losses. 3. The addition amount of superfine silver cover bottom is 1-2%, and 0.6%- 1.5% can be covered with high gloss wax AW500B, which will produce strong metallic luster. The greater the amount of silver powder added, the whiter it will be, and the smaller the amount added, the bluer it will be. When the amount is insufficient, there will be black spots and black silk, or fly excrement, which is black as a whole. 4. The floating silver is flaky and always floats on the outermost layer of the coating, so the hardness and anti-oxidation blackening performance are slightly poor. In order to obtain better hardness, AS50 1, silver powder hardener POL 16, POL09, etc. Should be added, but high gloss wax, gold and silver powder arrangement, polyethylene wax and so on. Should not be added. The longer the mixing time, the better the effect.
Third, floating silver: 1, the smaller the particle size of silver powder, the stronger the metallic feeling and the stronger the hiding power; If the addition amount is too large, it is easy to cause powder spraying and gun head blockage; When the addition amount is not enough, black spots, hairiness or fine stripes are easy to appear. R 18, R0 1 and other new special silver powder dispersants are highly effective dispersants with silica as the carrier. Different from ordinary silver powder dispersant, no matter how much silver powder is added, it can be uniformly dispersed without black spots. Therefore, the effects of silver powder in gray-black, blue and different hues can be modulated by adjusting the background color and reducing the amount of silver powder, and the addition amount is extremely small, which has a good promotion effect on leveling. Add it to the sheet and grind it together, but it can't be added directly, which will produce particles and white spots. R0 1 has the best effect, and there are no particles in direct dry mixing. 2. The flake structure of suspended aluminum powder will be destroyed (deformed or crushed) during grinding and extrusion, resulting in gray, so dry mixing method is generally used.
4. Non-floating silver: 1. Non-floating silver is evenly distributed in parallel in the whole coating film, so it is wrapped by resin, so it has good oxidation resistance and wear resistance, good weather resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance, no fingerprints and bright surface. The color can be adjusted from the base powder, but the addition amount is larger than floating silver, and the metal effect is not as strong as floating silver, showing white. 2.PCR\DIS aluminum powder is especially suitable for outdoor products, because it has an inorganic coating with good water resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance; Although it is coated with silicon and other materials, under the natural exposure environment, aluminum powder will undergo chemical and physical changes such as oxidation under the conditions of light and humidity, which will weaken the metallic feeling, make the coating gray and black, and appear gray spots. In order to solve such problems and scratches, it is suggested to cover the light with transparent powder. 3. The addition amount of cover bottom is tested by transparent bottom powder, and the maximum addition amount of flash silver can reach about 10%; The mixed spraying process directly affects the spraying coverage effect. Please note the uniformity of mixing and spraying. The coarser the particle size, the better the scintillation effect. 4.
